Trengo brings WhatsApp, email, live chat, social media and voice calls into a shared inbox for teams. Agents can collaborate on conversations, which are routed round-robin. Its AI assistant can suggest replies or send them automatically, while AI Journeys automate conversations and workflows across multiple steps and channels.

The integration hub includes HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Trengo provides a REST API, webhooks, a JavaScript API for its website widget, and support for custom apps and channels. Conversation usage is counted within a seven-day window; a message outside that window starts a new conversation.

Plans include Boost, Pro and Enterprise. Boost has 10 users and includes 6,000 conversations per year with annual billing, or 500 conversations per month with monthly billing. Pro has 20 users and includes 18,000 conversations per year annually, or 1,500 conversations per month monthly. Additional users can be purchased.
