Freedom251's lists and pages are for reading and sharing. Facts come from makers' own pages on the day shown; check the maker's page before you buy.
Makers
Claiming a page is free: an address at the app's own domain, a DNS record or a tag on its site proves it at once, and any other claim waits for our desk. A maker's changes show at once, marked as theirs; our desk can put one back, and a new website on another domain waits for us.
What we sell
Listings of an app on Freedom251's lists, numbered places (#1 to #5) on a list, places beside a competitor, the featured spot, Page Protection, a Verified mark, places in our stories, links in posts, sponsored article and editorial reviews. What each one includes and its price are on the advertise page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, before tax. Orders placed on this site are paid through our payment partner's secure checkout (card, UPI or a local method); we never see or store your full card details. An order arranged with us by e-mail can be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
Terms and renewals
A listing or a place runs for the term bought: a month, a year, or for good (once). Monthly and yearly card orders renew until cancelled; to stop the next renewal, write to us before it is due. For an order paid by bank transfer or PayPal, each next term is asked for a week before it is due, with its amount and reference. A sold numbered place stands at its number for its term.
Delivery
What we sell is digital, so nothing is shipped. A listing goes live within 2 working days of the payment; a place goes up once its payment is in. It comes down when its term ends.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel an order at any time before it goes live, for a full refund. When you get a refund, and how, is set out in our refund policy.
Your content and links
You confirm that you own or may use everything you send us or put on your app's page (words, logos, screenshots and links), that it is lawful and accurate, and that the pages you link to are lawful.
No guarantees and our liability
We don't guarantee readers, clicks, rankings or sales. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it; we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders already paid for keep the terms they were bought under.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar.
