This policy applies to every payment made for Freedom251's listings, places and stories, whether you pay through our secure checkout or by bank transfer or PayPal for an order arranged by e-mail. Freedom251 is run by Yorker Media, a sole proprietorship of Ratnesh Kumar, registered in India (Udyam registration number UDYAM-BR-13-0027076), based in Gopalganj, Bihar, India.
Before it goes live
- You can cancel at any time before your listing, place or story goes live, and you get a full refund.
- If we can't deliver what you ordered (a listing live within 2 working days of the payment, or the place you bought), you get a full refund.
After it is live
- Once it is live, there is no refund.
- If you ask us to take it down, we do; there is no refund for the time it was live.
- One exception: if we take a monthly or yearly listing or place down for a reason on our side before its paid term ends, we refund the unused part.
- To stop a monthly or yearly order from renewing, write to us before its next renewal; the current term runs to its end.
Wrong or double charges
If you were charged twice, or more than the price shown, we refund the extra amount in full.
How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] with your order number (it starts with F251-) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
How you get your money back
An approved refund goes back the way you paid (a card payment to the same card, a bank transfer to the account that paid, a PayPal payment to the same PayPal account) within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If a payment is reversed or charged back, the listing or place it paid for comes down.
Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Gopalganj, Bihar. Our terms and conditions apply too.
