Instead of Nexus
Nexus alternatives
Nexus is a free control center for PC hardware. It combines live CPU, GPU, memory, network, disk, fan and temperature readings with per-game FPS history on Windows. You can draw fan and pump curves from system temperature sensors, or keep selected devices on firmware settings. Its GPU-rendered lighting supports screen, audio and Game Sync, while a phone browser can act as a remote panel. The app works locally and offline without an account across supported Windows, Apple Silicon Mac, and x86-64 Linux systems.

Readers may still want another tool because Nexus has no Windows on ARM, Intel Mac, or ARM Linux builds, and its iOS and Android companion apps are not yet in app stores. RGB compatibility depends on the device model, and Nexus focuses on monitoring, cooling, and lighting rather than benchmarking, rendering, or creative work. When switching, weigh whether you need measured CPU, GPU, or rendering performance; comparison databases, exports, automation, or custom profiles; and which operating systems your workloads require.
