RustBoyAdvance-NG alternatives
RustBoyAdvance-NG centers on Game Boy Advance emulation and includes a custom debugger, desktop frontends, and a WebAssembly demo that loads ROMs by drag and drop. Desktop use can load ROMs or ZIP files containing .gba files and save or load snapshot files. The project also offers Java JNI bindings, a terminal frontend, and a proof-of-concept Android app, and its MIT license permits use and modification subject to its conditions.

A switch may make sense if you need controls you can configure, support for more systems, or graphics and multiplayer options. RustBoyAdvance-NG requires a GBA BIOS for desktop use, its desktop key bindings cannot be changed, its minifb frontend is unmaintained, and CGB audio work remains unfinished. The Android app is a proof of concept with Rust Android-target and NDK requirements. Compare alternatives by the systems they cover, supported devices, and extras such as scripting, save-state tools, or browser-based play; broader system support does not by itself establish GBA compatibility.
