Instead of AnthemScore
AnthemScore alternatives
AnthemScore turns audio into sheet music, PDF, or MIDI, using machine learning in its desktop app to identify notes, percussion, beats, and instruments. Its editing tools cover notes, measures, signatures, and tempo, and score formatting can match an instrument’s key, range, and staff, including tablature. The web version accepts audio or MIDI and provides PDF, MusicXML, and MIDI output. Options include a free web tier, annual web subscriptions, and one-time desktop purchases, with features varying by plan.

Its limits may matter when choosing a replacement: AnthemScore cannot currently detect vocals or chords, DRM-protected files do not work, and recordings outside standard A440 tuning may be processed inaccurately. The desktop app requires a 64-bit Windows, macOS, or Linux computer; phones and tablets are unsupported. Compare alternatives by the instruments they handle, whether they produce editable notation or MIDI, their export formats and editing tools, and the devices or deployment methods they support. Free-use limits and subscription or purchase costs also matter if you rely on AnthemScore’s desktop and web options.
