Instead of Typeform
Typeform alternatives
Typeform combines a drag-and-drop builder, templates, conditional logic, and AI tools that create and revise forms. It covers surveys, quizzes, polls, applications, landing pages, and more, with publishing by link, embed, or QR code. Its automations can route leads and trigger follow-ups, while its analytics surface response trends and themes. A free plan is available; paid plans start at $28/mo (annual), with response limits of 100 per month on Basic, 1,000 on Plus, and 10,000 on Business. It runs on web, mobile, desktop, and API platforms.

An alternative may fit better if those response allowances, pricing, or platform needs do not match your work. Typeform’s mobile tools cannot add logic, change question settings or layouts, or create question groups. Compare the alternatives by cost, deployment options, branching and question tools, and capacity. Some are geared toward field data collection or public consultations; others add self-hosting, respondent panels, or feedback channels beyond surveys. The right choice depends on where responses come from and what you need to do with them afterward.
