LOFT brings leasing and resident services together: renters can apply, sign leases, track progress, prepare for a move, pay rent, reserve amenities, and submit maintenance requests. It also offers online-payment rewards and optional extras such as rent reporting and deposit alternatives. Residents can use it on Android, iOS, or the web, and the resident plan is free. Renters can register only when their property manager has enrolled the community, however, and some Extras may incur additional fees.
