Its AI Assistant answers questions about board packs and meeting history with responses linked to BoardPro documents. AI Minutes can draft minutes from an uploaded meeting transcript using the agenda as a guide; the draft is for review and approval. On iPhone, iPad and Android, users can read board packs offline, make private annotations and update actions. BoardPro provides multi-factor authentication and board-oriented permission levels, and administrators can add or revoke users. The company says data is hosted in Microsoft Azure facilities in New South Wales, with Victoria used for backup, and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited document storage, an agenda builder and chat support. Essentials is $165 a month per board, Premium is $275 a month per board, and Ultimate is $440 a month per board. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card.
