Instead of Fing Security
Fing Security alternatives
Fing Security focuses on network safety, checking routers for known vulnerabilities, scanning open ports, and detecting threats continuously and automatically. It can alert you when an unknown device connects, identify that device, and scan connected Wi-Fi networks for cameras and spy devices. Fing Agent supports always-on checks from a Raspberry Pi, Docker, or NAS, while integrations with Home Assistant, IFTTT, and the Fing Local API support presence data, network events, and automation. The Free plan costs nothing and includes up to three scans per day; continuous scans and scheduled vulnerability checks require a subscription.

Its security focus may be less suited to detailed performance troubleshooting or broad infrastructure monitoring. Premium costs $7.99 a month, and Professional costs $16.99 a month. Fing Desktop is available for Windows and macOS, but not Linux. Compare alternatives by the metrics and systems they monitor, whether you need router security or performance and infrastructure visibility, and whether an on-premises, self-hosted, or SaaS approach fits your environment. Free plans, trials, and paid prices vary across these options.
