Endstate records installed Windows applications and supported settings so you can bring a setup to another Windows PC. Scanning, saving and restoring can all happen locally, including offline. It detects applications installed through EXE or MSI installers and the Microsoft Store using winget, and offers settings modules for 359 Windows applications. Saved profiles are plain files in your Documents folder, so they can be copied, backed up or shared. Before applying a profile, you can compare differences and select the applications and settings to restore; each settings restore creates a backup that you can undo with one click. Applications are reinstalled through WinGet and Chocolatey, while sponsored integrations can add settings migration. Portable applications that Windows has not registered are not detected. The provisioning engine is open source under Apache 2.0. The local product has no telemetry or background reporting. Cloud backup is optional, encrypts data on your machine before upload, and remains in early access. The free plan costs 0.00 EUR forever, with no account required; Cloud costs 4.00 EUR per month or 40.00 EUR per year.
