The rollout appears inconsistent. Some copies of the same or other releases reportedly still carry a seal, and Microsoft has not published a detailed explanation, affected-market list, start date, or unit count. Are Xbox covers really being printed upside down?

The same report said some stores received batches without shrink wrap, sealed instead with a paper sticker, and that distributors expected this approach could become more common.
