On NSE, use Corporate Filings > Financial Results for quarterly numbers and Corporate Filings > Announcements for investor presentations and earnings-call documents. On BSE, SEBI’s Corporate Filings directory links to the Financial Results route. Search by company and reporting period, then open the attachment and verify that it is the right filing—not merely a matching headline.

For NSE results for quarters ended March 2025 and later, also look under Integrated Filing – Financials. A presentation, a call notice and a written transcript are different documents, and a transcript may not be available for every company or call.

What should you search for first?

Start with the company’s exact name or NSE symbol and the quarter you need. Keep the reporting period distinct from the filing date or the date an earnings call took place: a company may upload a disclosure after the period ends, and a later filing may revise an earlier one.

Then choose the document type. On NSE, financial results and announcements have separate search pages. On BSE, the verified route in the available regulator directory is the Financial Results page; the current BSE form controls and announcement-filter sequence are not confirmed here, so use the company’s BSE disclosures or investor-relations site to locate presentation and call documents rather than relying on an assumed menu path.

A useful way to frame the search is to write down four identifiers before opening a result: the company, the period ended, the kind of document and—if there are multiple versions—the filing date or revision status. For example, “results for the quarter ended [date]” is more precise than searching only for a company name. For a call record, note the call date separately from the quarter being discussed. This prevents a recent upload about an older period from being mistaken for the latest quarter’s material.

Where are quarterly results on NSE?

Use NSE’s Financial Results search for reported numbers. The form supports a company name or symbol, a period-ended selection and a date-range search.

What’s actually slowing this PC down?

  1. Open Financial Results. Go to NSE’s Corporate Filings section and choose Financial Results.
  2. Identify the company. Enter its name or NSE symbol. Be careful with similar company names; confirm the identifier on the resulting filing.
  3. Set the reporting period. Choose the relevant period ended. If the filing is not visible, broaden the date range as well; the filing date may differ from the quarter-end date.
  4. Check newer-period filings. NSE’s indexed notice says results for quarters ended March 2025 and thereafter are available under Integrated Filing – Financials. If you do not see a newer result in the older-looking Financial Results list, look for that category. Interface labels can change, so confirm the live page wording.
  5. Open the attachment. Read the disclosure itself, not only the listing headline. Confirm the period, company, filing type and any revision information before using it.

NSE result listings distinguish details such as period ended, consolidated status, audit status and submission or revision information. Use those fields to identify the right document, particularly when more than one result for the same quarter appears.

Do not treat the date filter as a substitute for the period-ended selection. The former helps locate when a filing was submitted; the latter identifies the period reported. If you are unsure which date to use, search the relevant period first and widen the filing-date range around it. A result can be listed after the quarter closes, and a revised filing may appear later than the original.

When a results row looks plausible, open its attachment and check the document title and first page. Confirm whether it says standalone or consolidated, whether it is audited or unaudited, and whether it is marked as a revision. If two documents appear to cover the same quarter, compare these details rather than selecting whichever row is newest. The listing can help you narrow the candidates, but the attachment establishes what the company actually filed.

How do you find company results on BSE?

SEBI’s Corporate Filings directory provides the route Corporates > Corporate Filings > Financial Results and links to BSE’s destination. Use that directory as the starting point, then search for the company and reporting period on the BSE page.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

The exact current BSE form labels and controls could not be confirmed, so avoid relying on a step-by-step sequence of unverified dropdowns or filters. Once you find a candidate filing, open its attachment and match the company, period ended, standalone or consolidated basis, audit status and original or revised status. For a presentation or call document, check the company’s BSE disclosures and its own investor-relations pages; the SEBI directory confirms the Financial Results route, not a specific BSE announcements workflow.

If you are moving between NSE and BSE, use the same verification checklist on both exchanges. A similar headline on two exchange pages does not mean you have the same version or reporting basis. Match the company and period, then compare document type, standalone or consolidated status, audit status and revision information. The exchange route is a way to reach a disclosure; the attachment is the document to inspect.

How do you find an NSE investor presentation PDF?

Search NSE’s Announcements page rather than the Financial Results page. The announcements search supports a company name or symbol, a subject keyword and a date range.

  1. Enter the company name or symbol.
  2. Search the subject Investor Presentation. If the exact phrase returns nothing, widen the date range and try a period-related search.
  3. Open the matching announcement and inspect its attachment. Confirm that the presentation belongs to the intended company and reporting period.
  4. Cross-check the company’s investor-relations page if the exchange search does not surface the file. Match any company-site copy to the exchange disclosure so you do not mistake an older deck for the current one.

NSE announcements include filings with the subject “Investor Presentation.” The company’s own investor section can be a useful second route, but the disclosure date and reporting period still matter: a presentation can be uploaded separately from the results statement.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Keep the presentation search separate from the results search even when both documents concern the same quarter. A results statement is the filing for reported numbers; an investor presentation is a separate company document that may be listed as an announcement. Finding one does not establish that the other has been filed. If you need both, search both routes and verify the period and company in each attachment.

How do you find an earnings-call transcript on NSE or BSE?

Search announcements for the written call record; do not treat a scheduled call or recording notice as a transcript. On NSE, try the company name or symbol with terms such as transcript, earnings call, or wording about an analyst or conference-call update.

  1. Search NSE Announcements. Enter the company and a relevant subject keyword. If needed, try more than one keyword and expand the date range around the call or results period.
  2. Open the attachment. Check that it is a transcript, and verify the company, call date and financial period. A notice with the call time or an audio-recording link is not the same as a written transcript.
  3. Check the company investor centre. Companies may host transcripts, recordings or both on their own sites. Match the document to the exchange filing and the right call before relying on it.
  4. Use BSE disclosures as a cross-check. Search the company’s exchange announcements and investor-relations pages. Because the current BSE announcement filters are not verified here, do not assume a particular filter name or click sequence.

For a keyword search, the subject wording may vary. Alongside “transcript” and “earnings call,” try Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates where the announcement search allows a subject term. That phrase can help locate a call-related update, but it does not guarantee that the attachment is a transcript. Open the file and identify whether it is a schedule, an update, a recording notice or the written record.

Availability is company-specific. For example, Mahindra Lifespace Developers’ letter dated April 30, 2026, addressed to BSE and NSE, enclosed a transcript of its April 28 call and pointed readers to company-hosted text and recordings. That example shows one company’s filing practice; it does not establish that every company holds a call or publishes a transcript.

Use that example as a model for matching dates, not as a rule about what every issuer will publish. A transcript can be filed after the call, and the call may relate to a particular financial period. Check both dates in the document where stated. If the announcement only says that a call will be held or that a recording is available, continue looking for a separate written transcript rather than describing the notice as one.

What details should you compare before opening or citing a filing?

When several candidate documents appear, compare their identifying details rather than choosing the newest-looking headline. Use this checklist:

  • Company identifier: confirm the company name and, where available, the NSE symbol.
  • Period ended: match the quarter or financial period you actually need; do not confuse it with the upload or call date.
  • Standalone or consolidated: these are different presentations of results. Confirm which one the document represents before comparing figures.
  • Audited or unaudited: check the filing’s stated audit status rather than assuming all quarterly filings have the same status.
  • Original or revised: if a later filing is marked revised, use the correct version for your purpose and do not silently substitute an earlier copy.
  • Disclosure type: distinguish the results statement from an investor presentation, call schedule, recording notice or written transcript.
  • Filing or call date: use these to establish chronology, but do not treat them as a substitute for checking the reporting period.

These distinctions are especially useful if a company has submitted more than one document for the same period. A revised result, for instance, should not be mistaken for an unrelated later-quarter filing simply because its upload date is newer.

For a clean comparison, use the same reporting basis and the same document type on both sides. Do not compare standalone figures in one filing with consolidated figures in another as though they were equivalent. Likewise, a presentation may summarize or organize information differently from the results statement, so first establish which file answers your question. If you cite a document, identify the company and period and make clear whether it is the original or a revised filing.

A practical note-taking line can be as simple as: company; period ended; document type; standalone/consolidated; audited/unaudited; filing date; revision status. This does not interpret the figures; it makes it easier to return to the exact disclosure and avoid mixing documents. The listing and attachment should agree on the company and period, and any discrepancy is a reason to recheck the filing rather than infer which version is correct.

What if a result, presentation or transcript does not appear?

A missing search result does not by itself prove that the company has not disclosed the material. Check the period and date range, search the appropriate filing category, and cross-check the company’s investor-relations page.

  • No newer NSE result in the old list? Look for Integrated Filing – Financials for periods ended March 2025 onward.
  • No presentation under results? Search the separate Announcements page for Investor Presentation.
  • No transcript under one keyword? Try “transcript,” “earnings call,” or analyst/conference-call update wording, and widen the date range.
  • Only a call notice appears? Treat it as a schedule or notice, not proof that a written transcript is attached. Check the company investor centre for text or recording.
  • A meeting notice appears but no results? NSE’s Board Meetings search is separate from Results and Announcements. A meeting notice concerns a planned consideration of results; it is not the results disclosure itself.

If you still cannot locate a transcript, say that it was not found in the sources checked rather than concluding that no call took place. Different companies publish different materials, and an audio recording, a schedule and a written transcript are not interchangeable.

For results, make sure you have not searched only the upload date while overlooking the period-ended field, and check the newer NSE category when the period falls within the applicable range. For presentations and calls, use Announcements rather than expecting them to appear in Financial Results. A broader date range can help if a company filed the material separately from its results. Search with the company name or symbol and try a second relevant subject term before deciding the document is unavailable.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

On BSE, the route to Financial Results is available through SEBI’s directory, but do not assume that a particular search control or announcement filter exists based on another page’s layout. If the BSE filing page does not lead you to the needed presentation or transcript, the company’s investor-relations page is a reasonable cross-check. State narrowly what you could not locate—for example, “I did not find a written transcript in the filings and investor page checked”—rather than making a broader claim that no call or transcript exists.

How reliable are exchange-hosted filings?

An exchange page is a route to a company disclosure, not a guarantee that the exchange independently audited the contents. NSE’s Corporate Filings Application disclaimer says: “The information displayed herein is uploaded by the concerned Company as part of its Corporate Governance norms.” Attribute figures and statements to the company filing, and check for later revisions.

A company website can make documents easier to find, but match its copy to the relevant exchange filing, period and revision. This is particularly important when an investor centre retains older decks or transcripts alongside newer material.

When referring to an attachment, describe it as the company’s filing or disclosure hosted on the exchange, rather than implying that the exchange verified the underlying statements. If a newer or revised version is listed, check which document you are using and keep that status clear. A company-site copy can be a helpful route to the file, but matching it to the exchange record helps confirm that it belongs to the intended quarter and has not been confused with an older document.

Can you monitor several companies for new filings?

If you follow disclosures regularly, NSE’s Corporate Filings Application describes a dashboard for tracking the latest corporate filings for five selected companies. This is an interface capacity—not a market statistic—and is useful only if the companies you want to follow fit that limit. For a one-time search, the results and announcements pages remain the direct routes.

Finding and matching a filing is a document-navigation task, not an interpretation of whether a company is a suitable investment. The key practical safeguards are to choose the correct exchange route, verify the period and document type, and check whether the disclosure was revised.

Can you download or save the documents?

Open the attachment from the matching filing or announcement and use the document itself for your records. The search task does not require a paid product: these routes lead to online exchange filings, and a company investor-relations page may provide a cross-check. If you save a copy, retain enough identifying detail to find it again, such as the company, period, document type and filing date, and recheck the exchange listing if you later need to confirm whether a revision appeared.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use Google to find an NSE earnings-call transcript?

A web search can surface indexed exchange announcements or company investor pages, but search results may omit newer documents or show a stale copy. Treat it as a discovery aid, then confirm the company, call date and document against the exchange filing or the company’s investor centre.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Why are standalone and consolidated quarterly results different?

They represent different reporting scopes: a standalone filing concerns the company itself, while a consolidated filing covers the group basis stated in the disclosure. Compare like with like, and use the basis identified in the filing rather than assuming one is interchangeable with the other.

Does a call recording mean a transcript is available?

No. A company may publish a recording, a written transcript, both, or a call notice without either attachment. Check the document itself and the investor-relations page before describing what was published.

Are NSE and BSE disclosures independently checked by the exchanges?

NSE’s corporate-filings disclaimer says the information is uploaded by the concerned company. The presence of a filing on an exchange page should not be described as an independent audit of the company’s statements.

Where should I look for NSE results for quarters ended March 2025 and later?

NSE’s indexed notice says those results are available under Integrated Filing – Financials. If they do not appear in the older-looking Financial Results list, check for that category and confirm the current label on NSE’s live page.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

How do I find an investor presentation if it is not listed with the results?

Search NSE Corporate Filings > Announcements using the company name or symbol and the subject Investor Presentation. Widen the date range if needed, open the attachment, and cross-check the company’s investor-relations page.

Does every company publish an earnings-call transcript?

No. Availability is company-specific. A company may publish a schedule, recording, written transcript, some combination of these, or none of them. If you cannot locate a transcript, say it was not found in the sources checked rather than concluding no call took place.

What should I check when two filings appear for the same quarter?

Compare the company, period ended, standalone or consolidated basis, audit status, filing date and whether either document is marked revised. Open the attachments and use the version that matches the purpose of your search.

The Bottom Line

Use NSE Financial Results—or Integrated Filing – Financials for applicable newer periods—for numbers, and NSE Announcements for presentations and call documents. For BSE results, follow SEBI’s Corporate Filings directory. In every case, verify the company, period, document type and revision status in the attachment; a call notice or recording is not a written transcript.
