In the October 28, 2026 earnings call, T-Mobile President and CEO Srini Gopalan described the company’s approach as emphasizing “customer flexibility, including on device choice” through T-Mix. Choose Premium when preserving Picks matters
Premium uses two Picks in the current community report. It can make sense when you want the reported Game Pass option but also need to keep one more Pick available for another T-Mix choice. This is especially relevant when your account displays a fixed allowance and the remaining Pick determines whether another promotion can be selected.
Choose Ultimate when the higher tier is your priority

For a fair personal comparison, write down three figures from your account: the number of Picks included, the Picks required by each Game Pass tier, and the other benefits you would give up. Who is eligible for the Game Pass Pick?

If your account shows only one tier, do not assume the other can be added by contacting Microsoft or by paying the difference. What is the safest answer to “Which tier do I get?”
If you are asking about the current reported T-Mix arrangement, the answer is: you may choose Xbox Game Pass Premium for 2 Picks or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for 3 Picks, provided your account is eligible and displays those options.
