Below minimum, at minimum, or at recommended spec?
- Below minimum: Do not expect the game to run smoothly. Fulqrum’s 1.0 performance warning specifically says Nanite and Lumen still require the minimum hardware. If an upgrade is being considered, compare the PC with the recommended tier too; reaching minimum alone is not a performance guarantee.
- At minimum: The game can still stutter or crash. If it does, follow the troubleshooting steps and report the issue rather than assuming your PC is unsupported or changing engine files based on a forum suggestion.

That evidence matters for troubleshooting: a powerful GPU does not rule out a game-side problem, and a crash on a minimum-spec system does not by itself prove the system is below spec. Is Stygian: Outer Gods still being patched?
Version 1.0 launched on Steam and GOG on 26 October 2026, adding the final area and boss, three endings, New Game+, weapons and artifacts, plus Lumen/Nanite optimization and bug and collision fixes. On 27 October, Fulqrum said a melee-combat update should arrive by the end of that week. Is the game supported on Steam Deck?
