Soul’s Offering does not reset daily or weekly. It is a temporary four-stage Project that runs for about 20 days, beginning with Live Update 2.3.0 on October 27, 2026. Most guides list November 16 as its end date, while an IGN countdown has shown November 15; check the countdown in your own Projects tab for the exact local closing time. Once the Project closes, you cannot donate leftover materials or finish unfinished stages. “All Soul’s Offering” is a common Halloween/All Souls’ wording mix-up, not a separate event.
When does Soul’s Offering reset in ARC Raiders?
It does not have a scheduled reset. Soul’s Offering is a limited-time Project with a single availability window, not a daily challenge, weekly milestone, or rotating activity. Its progress is persistent: materials you deposit remain credited between raids, and the Project screen shows your progress and the time remaining before it closes.

The ARC Raiders Wiki lists the Project as running for 20 days, from October 27 through November 16, 2026. Embark’s Live Update 2.3.0, which introduced it, is dated October 27. Independent launch-period guides also give November 16 as the end date. However, an IGN countdown displayed November 15, and the Projects index on the community wiki has a one-day discrepancy in its listed start date. The difference may come from timezone display or how calendar days are counted; Embark’s patch notes do not publish an exact closing hour.
Use the timer inside your game rather than relying on a date conversion. Open the Projects screen and read the remaining-time countdown there. That is the best way to know how much time your own client gives you, especially if you are playing near the end of the window. Do not assume the Project remains open for all of November 16 in your local timezone.

The official patch notes describe the memorial theme rather than the schedule: Celeste invites Raiders to honor those lost topside, and the offering is shared by those who pause in reverence. Embark’s official project description similarly calls players to answer Celeste’s call and contribute. The date and the countdown, rather than the lore text, are what matter for planning completion.
Can you redo Soul’s Offering after it ends?
No. After the temporary Project closes, you cannot submit remaining materials or complete missing stages. Guides covering its launch say that the Project and its unearned rewards are no longer available after the closing date. This means a missed contribution is not something you can catch up on through a later reset.

Those final rewards are tied to completing the Project while it is live. The table reward is a design, not a pre-built table, and the Pilgrim reward is a backpack cosmetic rather than a charm.
There is one important uncertainty: Embark has not explained whether a player who completes all four stages can restart the Project before the closing date. No launch coverage documents a repeat, second shrine, or reset to Stage 1. Treat it as a one-time completion; do not plan around replaying it for another set of rewards. Previous timed Projects are listed as previous Projects with end dates rather than as activities that roll over, which is further reason not to expect a return after this window.
If by “redo” you mean repeat raids to find materials you are missing, yes. You can keep searching for needed items across multiple raids, and their Project credit does not depend on finding every item in one match. But you must still finish the Project before the timer expires.

How do you unlock and open the Project?
Projects unlock at Raider level 20. Once unlocked, open the Projects tab from the main-screen opening tab or from the Project view while on the Raider tab, then select Soul’s Offering. Deposit materials through the Project interface, not by selling or handing them to a trader.
Recommended Free Tools
- Reach Raider level 20 to unlock Projects.
- Open Projects and select Soul’s Offering. Check the countdown before you start gathering, especially if the event is close to ending.
- Collect the requested materials. You may gather items for later stages while an earlier stage is active.
- Contribute stages in order. The stages unlock sequentially, so you turn them in one after another even though you can farm their materials in parallel.
- Complete the rooftop objective in Stage 4 and verify that the Project tracker registers it before leaving the area.
Projects are not exclusive to one another: guides report that you can contribute to multiple Projects at the same time. Research Bench and Frigate access are not prerequisites for Soul’s Offering. Update 2.3.0 also addressed a Projects-tab yellow notification dot that could fail to clear, so the dot alone is not reliable proof that a stage has been completed; check the Project’s actual stage and progress.
What materials and rewards does each stage require?
Soul’s Offering has three donation stages followed by a rooftop action. The first three stages require 58 units across 11 item types in total: 19 for Stage 1, 30 for Stage 2, and 9 for Stage 3, according to Timesaver.gg’s 2026 breakdown. Stage 4 does not ask for another batch of donated materials.
| Stage | Materials to contribute | Rewards |
|---|---|---|
| 1: Construct Vaulto’s Offering | 1 Dead Flowers; 2 Rock Salt; 15 ARC Alloy; 1 Expired Respirator | Stiletto II; Extended Barrel I; Angled Grip II; Stable Stock II |
| 2: Construct Ferrovia’s Offering | 3 Dead Flowers; 2 Railway Lantern; 15 Advanced ARC Powercell; 10 Remote Raider Flare | Torrente II; Compensator III; Extended Medium Mag III; Stable Stock III |
| 3: Construct Murteta’s Offering | 2 Fancy Plate; 1 Mask Fragment; 1 Insulation Roll; 5 Fertilizer | Vulcano I; Shotgun Silencer; Extended Shotgun Mag III; 3 Fireworks Boxes |
| 4: Honor the Fallen | Set off a Fireworks Box on the rooftop of Santa Maria Houses in Old Town, Buried City | Pilgrim Backpack cosmetic; Offering Display Table design |
Reserve four Dead Flowers for the Project: one for Stage 1 and three for Stage 2. If you also intend to craft the Offering Display Table, reserve seven total. The recipe for the table requires three Dead Flowers and 30 Sheet Metal, while the Project reward is its design. Learn and consume the design rather than selling it if you want to craft the table later.
The item counts above follow the ARC Raiders Wiki, Timesaver.gg, and TheClick’s guides. One guide lists six Insulation Rolls for Stage 3, but the other cited breakdowns list one; use one unless your in-game tracker says otherwise. The Project screen is the final authority for what your client currently requests.

Where do you find the required materials?
These are reported loot locations and patterns from guides, not guaranteed spawns. Drop rates have not been published, so do not treat any location or enemy as a sure source.
- Dead Flowers: Guides associate them with Old World residential and commercial areas, including homesteads and apartment buildings. Reported examples include Old Town on Pendola Pass, Ruined Homestead on Blue Gate, and Grandioso Apartments in Buried City.
- Rock Salt: Search residential kitchens, especially tables and kitchen drawers.
- Expired Respirator: Search medical loot. Reported locations include the Medical Bay on Stella Montis, the Hospital in Buried City, and the Testing Annex on Dam Battlegrounds.
- Railway Lantern: Check train districts. Guides point to Almatera Station and the Cielo Sereno Observatory deposit area on Pendola Pass.
- Advanced ARC Powercell: Look for larger ARC enemies such as Bastions and Bombardiers. Ordinary ARC Powercells are not the same item and do not satisfy this requirement; do not budget around an assumed guaranteed drop.
- Fancy Plate and Mask Fragment: These are Epic Old World items. A reported Mask Fragment location is a two-story house on the outskirts of Santa Maria Houses in Buried City.
- Insulation Roll: Reported locations include Pendola Pass train cars and Storm Huts.
- Fertilizer: Search greenhouse and agricultural areas, including the Hydroponic Dome on Dam Battlegrounds, village greenhouses on Blue Gate, and Wicker Baskets.
Five items introduced in Update 2.3.0—Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lantern, Fancy Plate, and Mask Fragment—cannot be recycled or salvaged, according to Timesaver.gg. If you find a rare Project item, guides recommend securing it in your Safe Pocket when possible and extracting rather than risking it while searching another building.
Can you buy or craft the items instead?
Some of the material hunt can be shortened with purchases or crafting, but the options have their own costs and unlock requirements.
- Remote Raider Flare: Shani sells one for 810 coins, so buying all ten for Stage 2 costs 8,100 coins. With the blueprint, you can craft it at Utility Station 1 using 2 Chemicals and 4 Rubber Parts.
- Insulation Roll: At Refiner 1, craft one from 14 Fabric, or look for it as loot.
- Fireworks Box: Stage 3 gives you three. Keep one for Stage 4 instead of selling or using all of them. Timesaver.gg, citing the item wiki, reports that Shani sells three per day at 6,000 coins each. With the blueprint, you can craft one at Explosives Station 2 from 1 Explosive Compound and 3 Pop Trigger.
Do not substitute Firecrackers for a Fireworks Box unless the in-game objective explicitly accepts them. The Stage 4 instructions call for setting off a Fireworks Box, and guides warn that the smaller firework item may not register.
How do you finish Stage 4 at Santa Maria Houses?
Stage 4 takes place on the rooftop of Santa Maria Houses in Old Town, Buried City. Bring one of the Fireworks Boxes awarded in Stage 3, reach the rooftop, place the box, and activate it. Placement alone is not activation: confirm that the tracker updates before leaving. A Grappling Hook may help with the climb, but it is not a stated Project requirement.

- Please Note: To reach 10Gbps speed, keep the cable under 3.3 ft. For USB A Male to USB C adapters, try flipping the USB C connector. USB C Male to USB A adapters support bidirectional 10Gbps transfer within 3.3 ft
The rooftop is also described as the same rooftop used for Celeste’s Digging Up Dirt objective, near the roof hatch to the dead-drop courtyard. Use the Project tracker rather than relying only on an outside map marker, and avoid extracting before the firework has registered.
There is conflicting guidance about a possible 300 ARC damage task in the area. IGN’s page mentions dealing 300 damage to ARCs at Santa Maria Houses before setting off fireworks. The community wiki and several launch guides describe Stage 4 as a firework objective only; GGWTB states, “The listed final Soul’s Offering objective does not require 300 ARC damage.” The safest instruction is to follow the active Honor the Fallen tracker in your own game. Do not go out of your way to deal 300 damage unless your client actually displays that requirement.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What should you prioritize if time is running out?
Start with the items that are unique, costly, or needed in more than one place. Dead Flowers are required in both Stages 1 and 2, and some players may want three more for the optional table recipe. Keep at least one Fireworks Box from the Stage 3 reward. Advanced ARC Powercells and Epic Old World items may take additional searching, and their drop rates are not confirmed, so leave time for repeat raids rather than assuming one visit will finish a stage.
Farm materials for all three donation stages at once, but turn the stages in sequentially. This avoids making separate trips solely because the next stage has not unlocked yet. Extract after finding a valuable or hard-to-replace item if you can, since losing it delays progress. Check the timer between raids and compare it with the actual list in the Project interface; the external end-date discrepancy makes the in-game countdown particularly important.
For reward planning, distinguish the completion rewards from the crafting materials. Completing the Project is the only opportunity in this window to claim its rewards; the table design still needs its own ingredients if you want the crafted table. Timesaver.gg estimates the Stage 3 Epic items—two Fancy Plates and one Mask Fragment—at a combined sale value of 21,000 coins, but selling them instead of contributing them would work against finishing the Project. Likewise, spending coins on ten flares costs 8,100, so compare that shortcut with the time and risk of looting them.

Why do some guides give different answers?
The date, the rooftop task, and a few item counts have conflicting coverage. The date is variously shown as November 15 or November 16, 2026; the official patch date is October 27, while one Projects index gives October 26 as the start. Most launch guides and the dedicated event page support November 16, but the exact local cutoff remains uncertain. The countdown shown in your Projects tab is the practical answer.
The 300-damage requirement appears in IGN’s description but not in most other stage lists. The displayed in-game objective should take precedence over either interpretation. There are also isolated reporting errors: one list says six Insulation Rolls instead of one, and one describes Stage 4 as simply collecting the rewards rather than setting off a rooftop firework. The more consistent account is three donation stages followed by the Santa Maria Houses objective.
Finally, “Soul’s Offering” and “Souls Offering” both appear in coverage: Embark’s patch heading uses “Souls Offering,” while the Project is commonly written “Soul’s Offering.” They refer to the same event. “All Soul’s Offering” is not a second event or an additional reset schedule.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the Soul’s Offering notification dot still showing after I contribute?
Update 2.3.0 addressed a Projects-tab yellow notification dot that could fail to clear. The dot can therefore remain even when it is not evidence of a missing contribution; check the stage status and required-material counter inside Soul’s Offering.
Do regular ARC Powercells count for Soul’s Offering?
No. Stage 2 asks for Advanced ARC Powercells, which are a separate item. Ordinary ARC Powercells do not satisfy that requirement.
Is the Offering Display Table already built when I earn it?
No. Completing the Project awards the table’s design. To make the table itself, learn the design and provide its recipe materials: three Dead Flowers and 30 Sheet Metal.
