The 430kWh/year number is not a guarantee of your electricity bill. Multiply your retailer’s current tariff by 430 to create a rough annual comparison, then allow for household conditions. Energy labels and test methods can change, so compare a current model’s present label directly rather than ranking this older figure against a newer rating without checking the test period.
