Samsung’s U.S. CU7000 specification also lists three HDMI ports and one USB connection. Those ports matter when Bluetooth is unsuitable or when you want a wired audio path.
How do I connect Bluetooth headphones to a CU7000?
Use the headphones’ own pairing controls first, then choose them from the TV’s Bluetooth audio-device list. Samsung notes that the exact sequence can differ by model and software version; some sets insert All Settings between Settings and Sound.

How do I pair a Bluetooth soundbar?
A Bluetooth soundbar uses the same general Bluetooth Speaker List, but the soundbar must be put into Bluetooth pairing mode rather than simply powered on.
- Turn on the soundbar and select its Bluetooth or BT pairing mode using the soundbar’s controls or remote. Follow that model’s instructions until it is discoverable.
- On the CU7000, open Sound Output → Bluetooth Speaker List (or the equivalent Bluetooth audio-device menu in your firmware).
- Choose the soundbar’s name and confirm. Then verify that the TV’s current output is the soundbar, not TV Speaker.
Samsung also documents an alternative route on applicable televisions: Source → Connection Guide → Audio Device → Bluetooth. If that path is not present on your CU7000, use the Sound Output menu instead; the labels are not identical across all Samsung software versions.

Samsung’s 2023 audio comparison chart suggested the HW-C450/ZA and HW-C400/ZA as CU7000 pairings. Those were historical suggested combinations, not a promise that a particular unit is currently sold or that every regional CU7000 has identical behavior. Treat the soundbar’s own compatibility instructions as authoritative.

Start with the accessory, not with a conclusion that the CU7000 has no Bluetooth. Work through these checks in order:
- Re-enter pairing mode. A device that is already connected to a phone, tablet or another TV may not advertise itself. Disconnect it from the other device, then activate discoverable mode again.
- Bring it close to the television. Samsung identifies distance and obstacles as possible causes of connection problems. For initial pairing, place the headphones or soundbar near the TV with a clear path between them.
- Refresh the list. Leave and reopen Bluetooth Speaker List, or use a refresh option if your menu offers one. Some accessories stop advertising after a short timeout.
- Check the device type. Samsung warns that certain headphones intended for mobile devices may not support pairing with a TV. A Bluetooth transmitter, keyboard or phone-only accessory is not necessarily a TV audio receiver.
- Reduce interference. Move the accessory away from crowded wireless equipment and large obstructions. Interference can cause dropouts even after a successful pairing.
- Forget an old connection. If the TV has reached a device limit or is trying to reconnect to an unused accessory, remove that old device from the Bluetooth list and try again.
- Update TV software. Samsung’s Australian support guidance recommends checking for television software updates while troubleshooting Bluetooth. Menu names for updates vary, so use the software-update section shown on your set.
- Restart both sides. Power-cycle the TV and the accessory, then repeat pairing mode. This clears a stalled discovery state without requiring a separate Bluetooth adapter.
If the device pairs but audio cuts out, repeat the distance and interference checks. If speech and picture are out of sync, test another compatible audio device; Samsung identifies lip-sync errors as a possible Bluetooth issue, and the result can vary by accessory.
Can I use two Bluetooth headphones at the same time?
Do not assume that every U.S. CU7000 supports two simultaneous Bluetooth headphones. Samsung documentation is not consistent enough to make that a universal promise for every size and firmware.
A Samsung Caribbean listing for model UN50CU7000PXPA explicitly marks Bluetooth audio and “Dual Audio Support (Bluetooth)” as available. Samsung’s U.S. headphone guide describes a Multi Connect option for a second Bluetooth audio device, and Samsung Australia illustrates a dual-headphone procedure on a 2023 television. However, the U.S. guide also says earlier on the same page that only one paired Bluetooth audio device can output sound. Those statements do not establish that every U.S. CU7000 exposes simultaneous output.

Check your own set before buying a second pair:
- Open Sound Output → Bluetooth Speaker List.
- Look for a Multi Connect option or an explicit second-device control.
- If the option is absent, treat the television as a one-Bluetooth-audio-device system. Do not rely on a generic Bluetooth 5.2 label to infer dual output.
Samsung Australia’s illustrated procedure refers to Bluetooth A2DP audio devices, the profile commonly used for stereo music and TV sound. Two products can both use Bluetooth yet lack the profile or implementation needed for simultaneous television audio.
Is Multi-output Audio the same as two Bluetooth headphones?

If your goal is two headphones, inspect the actual menu for Multi Connect before spending money. Samsung’s regional and support documents show that dual-audio behavior can vary, so the presence of Bluetooth 5.2 alone is not sufficient evidence. For a soundbar that must remain stable and synchronized, compare Bluetooth with HDMI ARC and optical audio, using the ports and instructions of the specific soundbar.
