Also note the edition you own. A cross-generation bundle can install both a PS4 and PS5 application, and the two applications may expose different menus. Is inZOI on PS5 yet?

A practical comparison routine
Change one variable at a time. Load the same save, visit the same busy area, pan the camera at the same speed and watch for the things you actually notice: judder, input delay, distracting pop-in or unreadable detail. Then switch modes and repeat. Do not compare a newly loaded scene with a different save and call the difference a mode improvement. If the game has a built-in frame-rate display, use it; otherwise describe your observation without assigning a number.
When a game offers a separate 120 Hz, ray-tracing or variable-refresh option, treat it as a title-specific setting. Confirm that your television or monitor, HDMI port and cable support the selected output before expecting a visible change. A higher display refresh capability cannot make a game render at that rate if the software does not offer it.
Can I remap controls on PS5?

For a clearer test, sit at your normal distance and inspect the smallest menu labels, tutorial prompts and inventory text. If only one game is difficult to read, its own UI-scale, subtitle-size or color options are more likely to help than a system-wide change. Reduce Motion can make the interface calmer, but it is not a frame-rate setting and cannot repair stutter caused by the game.
