To redeem a Phantom Blade Zero Deluxe Edition or preorder voucher on PS5, sign in to the PlayStation account that should own the content, open PlayStation Store, press Triangle, choose More > Redeem Code, enter the complete 12-digit voucher, and select Redeem. Any downloadable entitlement can then be downloaded immediately or later.
There is no official universal Phantom Blade Zero code that every player can use. The code normally means a purchase-linked voucher supplied with an eligible order. The Deluxe Edition adds specific digital items, while the Treasure Basin accessory and Legacy appearance are preorder early unlocks rather than permanently exclusive rewards.

What do I need before redeeming a Phantom Blade Zero code?
Have these items ready before opening the store:
- The PlayStation account that should permanently receive the game or bonus. Voucher content cannot be moved to another account later.
- The full 12-digit voucher supplied with an eligible purchase. A PlayStation discount code has 10 digits and is a different type of code.
- A purchase and account region that match the voucher’s region. PlayStation vouchers are region-restricted.
- An internet connection and enough console storage if the entitlement requires a separate download.
For a physical purchase, check the box insert, receipt, or retailer order email. Delivery location, expiration terms, and packaging vary by seller and were not specified in the official game listings, so use the seller’s instructions when they differ from the general PlayStation process.
It is also useful to keep the order number and purchase receipt nearby. If the code is rejected or the bonus does not appear, those details help the retailer or PlayStation Support identify whether the issue concerns delivery, region, prior use, or account ownership.

How do I redeem the voucher on PS5?
The PS5 redemption path is the standard PlayStation Store flow; there is no separate Phantom Blade Zero menu.
- Sign in to the correct account. Confirm the profile shown on the PS5 is the account that should own the game or add-on. Once applied, the entitlement stays with that account.
- Open PlayStation Store. Start the Store app from the PS5 home screen and wait for the store interface to load.
- Open the store menu. Press Triangle on the controller. This opens the Store navigation menu.
- Choose the redemption screen. Select More, then Redeem Code.
- Enter all 12 characters. Type the voucher exactly as supplied. Check similar-looking characters before continuing, and make sure no character has been omitted.
- Redeem the voucher. Select Redeem and read the confirmation screen. PlayStation says the credit or content is then applied to your account.
If the Store offers a download, select Download. Some entitlements do not need a separate download and simply become available in the game after the account entitlement is applied. If you leave the screen without downloading, the content can be downloaded later from your library or the relevant game page.

Do not redeem the voucher on a temporary guest profile, a family member’s account, or an account created for a different region. The redemption confirmation applies to the account currently signed in, not automatically to every account using the same PS5.
Can I redeem the code online or in the PlayStation App?
Yes. The same 12-digit voucher can be redeemed without using the PS5 console. The account used online must still be the account that should receive the game or bonus.
PlayStation Store in a web browser
- Open PlayStation Store and sign in to the account that should receive the content.
- Open the profile menu and select Redeem Code.
- Enter the 12-digit voucher and select Continue.
- Review the entitlement shown before confirming the redemption.
PlayStation App
- Open the PlayStation App and sign in to the intended account.
- Open the PS Store menu and choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the complete voucher and confirm the redemption.
Redeeming through the web or app still binds the entitlement to the account used there. Using a different account from the one used to play on the console will not transfer the content afterward. If another person is helping you redeem the code, have them sign in to your account only through the official PlayStation service and verify the account region before confirming.
What is included in each Phantom Blade Zero PS5 edition?
The current US PlayStation listing shows two principal editions. Prices below are US listing prices checked in October 2026 and can change by region or promotion.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
| Edition | Price (US, checked Oct 2026) | Included content | Preorder treatment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Edition | $59.99 | Full game | Eligible preorder includes Treasure Basin accessory and Legacy appearance as early unlocks |
| Digital Deluxe Edition | $69.99 | Full game, Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form, digital artbook, and digital soundtrack (OST) | Deluxe preorders also receive the Treasure Basin accessory and Legacy appearance early |
The Deluxe package is therefore a $10 premium over the listed Standard Edition price in the United States. The extra value is its additional cosmetics and digital art materials; it is not a different voucher system. Both editions use the normal PlayStation account and Store redemption process when a purchase supplies a voucher.
Which edition makes sense?
Choose the Standard Edition if you want the full game and do not need the Deluxe cosmetics, artbook, or soundtrack. Choose Digital Deluxe if Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form, the digital artbook, and the digital OST justify the additional $10 on the US listing. A preorder of either eligible edition adds the two early-unlock items, while a Deluxe preorder combines those early unlocks with the Deluxe package.
Because prices and availability can vary by country, confirm the final Store price and the exact product name on your local listing before buying. The $59.99 and $69.99 figures are current US values, not a promise of the price in another region.

What are the Phantom Blade Zero preorder bonuses?
Treasure Basin accessory
Treasure Basin is a preorder accessory with a stated 10% increase to the Remnant Dust drop rate. The PlayStation listing describes it as an early unlock, and the official S-GAME description says it can also be obtained through in-game progression. Its practical benefit is therefore earlier access to the accessory and its stated effect, not permanent ownership unavailable to later players.
Quick wins for a faster PC:

Legacy is the preorder appearance or outfit. Like Treasure Basin, it is made available early to eligible preorders but is not described as permanently unobtainable for other players; the official description says the preorder content can also be earned through in-game progression.
Deluxe-only additions
Preordering the Digital Deluxe Edition includes the two preorder early unlocks as well as Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form, a digital artbook, and a digital soundtrack. Those Deluxe inclusions are separate from the progression statement attached to the preorder items. In other words, the fact that Treasure Basin and Legacy can later be earned does not turn the Deluxe package’s listed digital extras into standard-edition content.
The preorder announcement from S-GAME’s Founder and CEO Soulframe Liang describes the offer as an early unlock of the Treasure Basin accessory and Legacy outfit. The PlayStation product listing uses the same early-access framing and separately notes that the content can also be obtained through in-game progression.
Is there a universal Phantom Blade Zero code?
No official source reviewed lists a reusable code that every player can enter. The official PlayStation and S-GAME pages describe the entitlements, but they do not publish a public bonus string.

A code may be printed with a physical order, delivered in an order email, or supplied through another seller-controlled channel. Retailer-specific delivery timing and packaging are not standardized on the official game pages, so the order confirmation and seller instructions matter.
Code-generator pages, leaked-looking strings, and social-media posts claiming to provide a shared code are not substitutes for the voucher issued by the retailer or platform. Never provide your PlayStation sign-in details to a site promising to generate one. A genuine voucher is a 12-digit PlayStation code associated with a purchase or promotion, not a string that can be guessed or generated publicly.
What should I do if the preorder bonus is missing?
Work through these checks in order. They separate an account problem from a delivery problem.
- Confirm the account. Check that the voucher was redeemed while signed in to the account you are currently using. Content applied to another account cannot be transferred.
- Check the entitlement type. A successful redemption may apply content without opening a separate download prompt. Launch the game after redemption and look for the applicable accessory or appearance.
- Restart the session. Restart the PS5, then sign out and back in to the account that redeemed the voucher. This refreshes the account state after a delayed entitlement update.
- Review the purchase evidence. Look again at the retailer email, receipt, or physical box insert. A seller may deliver the voucher separately from the game or place it behind a scratch-off panel.
- Check the region. A voucher issued for a different PlayStation Store region may be rejected or fail to apply to the expected account.
- Contact the seller first when no voucher was supplied. If the purchase promised a code but the email, receipt, and packaging contain none, ask the retailer to reissue or explain the delivery. Do not try to replace it with an internet-posted code.
- Contact PlayStation Support when the voucher was accepted but the entitlement is still absent. Keep the purchase receipt, voucher, account ID, and redemption date available for the support case.
Preorder content is described as an early unlock, so the absence of an immediate bonus does not by itself prove that the item is permanently unavailable. The official listing says the preorder items can also be obtained through in-game progression.

If the game is running while you redeem the code, close it fully and relaunch it after restarting the console. This is a practical way to make the game check the refreshed account entitlement. If the item still does not appear, note exactly what the confirmation screen said and whether any download was offered before contacting support.
Why is my 12-digit code rejected?
A rejection usually points to one of a small number of conditions:
- Wrong account region: vouchers are region-restricted, so the Store region must match the voucher’s issuing region.
- Already redeemed: PlayStation vouchers can be used only once. A code that was entered successfully on another account will not work again.
- Typing error: Re-enter the complete 12-digit string carefully, including any characters that look alike.
- Wrong code category: a 10-digit discount code is intended for a checkout discount, not for adding a game edition or preorder entitlement.
- Missing or invalid seller code: if the retailer did not issue a valid voucher, only the seller or PlayStation Support can investigate the transaction.
Do not keep trying random strings after a rejection. Repeated attempts cannot turn an unofficial or region-mismatched code into a valid entitlement and may make it harder to identify the original purchase problem.
Before contacting support, compare the characters on the voucher with the characters entered on screen, verify that you are using the same regional account used for the purchase, and check whether someone else in the household may already have redeemed it. A code that has already been accepted cannot be redeemed a second time, even if the second attempt is on the correct account.
Are the preorder items permanently exclusive?
No. The official PlayStation listing and the S-GAME page frame Treasure Basin and Legacy as early unlocks and state that the content can also be obtained through in-game progression. The practical benefit of preordering is earlier access, not a guarantee that those two items remain unavailable to everyone else.
This distinction does not remove the value of the Deluxe Edition’s separate package. Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form, the digital artbook, and the digital soundtrack are listed as Deluxe inclusions, while Treasure Basin and Legacy are the preorder components.
If you are deciding whether to preorder solely for the accessory or outfit, weigh the timing benefit against the fact that the official description allows progression-based access later. If you want the artbook, OST, Wulin Legend, or Blood-Steel Form, those are the reasons to compare the Deluxe Edition itself rather than relying only on the preorder offer.
How can I tell which purchase or edition I have?
Use the product name and receipt rather than searching for a generic code. A Standard Edition purchase should identify the full game and any preorder entitlement attached to that order. A Digital Deluxe purchase should identify the Deluxe Edition and its four additional package items, with preorder bonuses included when the Deluxe order was placed as a preorder.

Do not assume that owning the Standard Edition grants the Deluxe items. The account receives only the entitlement described by the redeemed voucher or purchased product. Conversely, a Deluxe preorder should be checked for both sets of benefits: the Deluxe package and the Treasure Basin and Legacy early unlocks.
What does successful redemption change on my account?
PlayStation applies the credit or content to the account used during redemption. A downloadable item may begin downloading immediately, while an item that requires no separate package can become available when the game checks the account entitlement.
The code does not create a transferable license. It also does not convert a Standard Edition purchase into the Digital Deluxe package unless the redeemed voucher specifically grants that Deluxe content. Keep the confirmation and receipt until the game displays the expected entitlement.
If you share a PS5 with other users, remember that the entitlement remains attached to the redeeming account even when the console is shared. Signing into another profile does not move the voucher. For account ownership, region, and support purposes, record which profile redeemed the code and the date of redemption.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What is the difference between a voucher and a discount code?
PlayStation Support distinguishes a 12-digit voucher code from a 10-digit discount code. The Phantom Blade Zero game, Deluxe package, or preorder entitlement uses the voucher-style redemption flow described above. A discount code is used at checkout to reduce the price of an eligible purchase and is not a replacement for a missing game-content voucher.
Counting the characters is a quick first check. If the seller sent 10 digits, look for checkout instructions rather than entering it under More > Redeem Code as though it were the game entitlement. If the seller advertised a preorder bonus but sent no 12-digit voucher or account entitlement, contact that seller with the order evidence.
What should I verify when buying a preorder?
- Edition: confirm whether the listing is Standard or Digital Deluxe.
- Region: ensure the purchase and the PlayStation account are in the same region as the voucher.
- Preorder wording: check that the seller explicitly includes the Treasure Basin and Legacy early unlocks.
- Delivery method: note whether the seller promises an email, receipt, box insert, or account-applied entitlement.
- Price: use the local Store listing, since the $59.99 Standard and $69.99 Deluxe figures are US prices checked in October 2026.
The official listings establish the content and early-unlock structure, but they do not standardize retailer packaging, code-delivery timing, or expiration terms. Those details must come from the seller.
Quick checklist before contacting support
- You used the intended PlayStation account.
- The voucher contains 12 digits, not 10 discount-code digits.
- The account and voucher are from the same region.
- The code has not already been redeemed.
- You restarted the PS5 and signed out and back in.
- You closed and relaunched the game after redemption.
- You checked the order email, receipt, and physical packaging.
- You verified whether a download prompt appeared.
- You retained proof of purchase and the voucher for the retailer or PlayStation Support.
When opening a support case, describe the exact symptom: rejected code, accepted code with no download, or accepted code with no in-game item. Include the account used, region, edition, order number, voucher, and redemption date. That information lets support distinguish a delivery problem from a used, invalid, or region-mismatched code.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where might a physical preorder voucher be printed?
Retailers may place it on a box insert, receipt, or separate order email, but the official game pages do not standardize the location. Check every document supplied with the order and use the seller’s support channel if the promised voucher is absent.

Can a PlayStation discount code unlock the Deluxe Edition items?
No. PlayStation distinguishes 10-digit discount codes from 12-digit vouchers. A discount code is used during checkout and is not the entitlement voucher for the game or its preorder content.
Do I need to download Treasure Basin and Legacy separately?
Not necessarily. PlayStation may offer a download, but some entitlements are applied to the account and appear when the game recognizes them. Restarting the console and signing back in can refresh a delayed entitlement.
What information should I keep if the retailer disputes the voucher?
Keep the order number, purchase receipt, account used for redemption, the complete voucher, and the date and time of any redemption attempt. Those details let the seller or PlayStation Support distinguish a missing-delivery issue from a used or region-mismatched code.
Can I redeem the code on the website instead of my PS5?
Yes. Sign in to PlayStation Store, open the profile menu, choose Redeem Code, enter the 12-digit voucher, and select Continue. The entitlement is still bound to the account used online.
What does the Digital Deluxe Edition cost in the US listing?
The PlayStation listing checked in October 2026 shows $69.99 for Digital Deluxe and $59.99 for Standard. Prices can vary by region and promotion, so confirm the local Store price before buying.
What are the actual preorder rewards?
Eligible preorders receive early unlocks for the Treasure Basin accessory and Legacy appearance. Treasure Basin has a stated 10% Remnant Dust drop-rate increase. The official listing says both preorder items can also be obtained through in-game progression.
Is there a shared Phantom Blade Zero code I can type in?
No official universal code is listed. Use the individual voucher supplied with an eligible purchase, and avoid code-generator pages or unverified social-media strings.
Will redeeming on one PlayStation account share the code with another account?
No. PlayStation applies the credit or content to the account that redeems the voucher, and voucher content cannot be transferred to another account later.
The Bottom Line
On PS5, redeem the purchase-linked 12-digit voucher through PlayStation Store > More > Redeem Code. Standard is listed at $59.99 in the US and Digital Deluxe at $69.99, with Deluxe adding Wulin Legend, Blood-Steel Form, a digital artbook, and soundtrack. Preorder bonuses are early unlocks for Treasure Basin and Legacy, not a universal public code.
