Pollo Campero, the Guatemalan-born quick-service chicken chain, has named Julio Sánchez CEO of its U.S. business, Campero USA, effective October 19, 2026. The Dallas-based operation said Sánchez will lead its next phase of operational improvement and expansion. He succeeds Luis Javier Rodas, who concluded nearly 26 years with Corporación Multi Inversiones (CMI) on October 16, 2026.
