The OPPO Bubble Mag E-Badge is a niche but clever creator accessory, not a standalone camera. It magnetically attaches to a compatible phone, shows the rear-camera view on a small AMOLED screen, and works as a remote shutter from up to 10 metres. That combination can make solo filming, rear-camera selfies and group shots much easier. Its second job is a customizable visual badge for photos, motion photos and short videos.
Whether it is worth buying depends on three things: your phone’s support, local stock and price, and whether a dedicated preview screen justifies carrying another 27.5-gram device.

The Bubble Mag E-Badge is a magnetic rear-camera monitor, remote shutter and programmable display for selected OPPO phones. OPPO positions it as a content-creation sidekick: you attach it to the back of a phone or case, use its screen to check the rear camera’s live view, and trigger the phone without touching it.
The accessory addresses a specific problem. A phone’s rear cameras usually produce better results than its front camera, but you cannot see your composition while facing the phone. Bubble puts a small preview on the back so you can check framing, lighting and expression while using the rear camera. It also lets a person in front of the lens monitor the shot while someone else holds the phone.

- 【Strong Adsorption】The inspiration of the silicone phone suction case comes from the adhesive force of the octopus. Each suction cup phone mount is 3.15 inches long and 2.17 inches wide, with 24 independent suction cups providing a stronger and more stable suction force, so you don't have to worry about your phone falling during use.
- 【Back of Phone Suction Grip】Remove the adhesive film on the phone suction cup and stick it on the phone case. You can then fix the phone on any smooth surface, which is very convenient. (The phone suction cup cannot be removed and reused after being attached to the phone case. It is recommended to attach it to a regular phone case, not a valuable one.)
- 【Widely Used】Our non-slip silicone phone sticky grip mount attaches to almost any flat phone case and make it compatible with common mobile phones such as iPhone and Android. You can shoot, watch videos or video calls in the kitchen, gym, dance studio, bathroom and other places.
- 【Capture the Wonderful Picture】Whether you are a TikTok creator or just like to share videos and photos, this phone suction cup can help you hands-free capture wonderful videos and photos for sharing with friends.
- 【Note】You can fix the phone suction cup on a smooth surface such as a mirror or glass. If necessary, wipe the suction cup with a damp cloth to obtain stronger suction. Before releasing your hand, make sure the phone is firmly fixed. (Not applicable to rough walls, wooden surfaces, and other uneven surfaces)
When you are not filming, the AMOLED panel can show personal images, motion photos, short videos or interactive pet wallpapers. That makes it part camera accessory and part wearable or bag-mounted badge. The display is the product’s distinctive style feature, but the practical reason to buy it is the rear-camera preview and remote control.
Bubble still relies on a compatible phone and OPPO software. It cannot capture photos or video independently, store camera footage as a standalone camera would, or replace a phone. Your phone remains responsible for the lenses, image processing, recording and final files.

After pairing, Bubble mirrors the connected phone’s rear-camera view on its own screen. You can stand in front of a tripod-mounted phone, compose with the rear camera and press the accessory to take a photo or start the supported shooting action without walking back to the phone.
OPPO specifies a remote-control range of up to 10 metres. That is a maximum stated by OPPO, not a guarantee for every room or outdoor setup; walls, people, radio interference and phone placement can reduce usable distance. For a solo creator, the range is enough to place a phone on a stand several metres away while retaining control.
The camera interface supports 0.6×, 1×, 2× and 3.5× zoom when the connected phone’s lens module provides those options. Bubble does not add lenses or improve the phone’s optical hardware. If a particular supported phone lacks one of those focal lengths, that control will not be available in the same way.
Solo shooting
For a talking-head clip, dance take, outfit video or still portrait, the workflow is straightforward: mount the phone, move to your mark, check the rear-camera composition on Bubble and trigger the shot from a distance. You can make small framing or expression adjustments without repeatedly returning to the phone.
Rear-camera selfies
The rear camera generally has the phone’s main imaging hardware, while the front camera is designed primarily for convenience. Bubble lets you use that rear module while still seeing a preview. It is especially useful when you want a high-resolution portrait, a particular rear lens or the phone’s rear-camera exposure processing.

- SUPERIOR COMFORT — Unlike traditional circular ear buds, the design of EarPods is defined by the geometry of the ear. Which makes them more comfortable for more people than any other ear bud–style headphones.
- HIGH-QUALITY AUDIO — The speakers inside EarPods have been engineered to maximize sound output and minimize sound loss, which means you get high-quality audio.
- BUILT-IN REMOTE — EarPods with USB-C plug also include a built-in remote that lets you adjust the volume, control the playback of music and video, and answer or end calls with a pinch of the cord.
- COMPATIBILITY — Works with all devices that have a USB-C port.
- INTEGRATED MICROPHONE — A built-in microphone precisely captures your voice while you’re on the phone, taking a FaceTime call, or summoning Siri — so you’re always heard loud and clear.
Group and assisted shots
Bubble can also be held or worn by the person in front of the camera while another person operates the phone. The subject can see the rear-camera view and signal framing changes instead of guessing where the phone is pointed. That is useful for group portraits, demonstrations and assisted filming where the phone holder cannot easily see the subject’s perspective.
Which phones are compatible with OPPO Bubble?
OPPO’s official pages identify the Reno16 series and Find X9 series as supported families. OPPO says additional devices may be added through over-the-air updates, so the list can change after launch. Compatibility is not universal across all OPPO phones, and support should be checked for the exact model and software version before purchase.
A Philippine launch report said Bubble also worked with selected iPhones. That information is region- and model-dependent rather than a blanket iPhone promise. A phone may have the required magnetic attachment yet still lack the OPPO camera integration needed for live preview and remote control.

What the compatibility requirement means in practice
- You need a supported phone for the live rear-camera monitor and shooting controls.
- You need the relevant OPPO software and a phone whose camera interface exposes the supported zoom options.
- Future support may arrive through OTA updates, but OPPO does not promise a universal timetable for every model or region.
- Selected iPhone support reported at launch should be verified locally rather than treated as global compatibility.
How do you attach and set up the Bubble Mag E-Badge?
Setup is based on the included magnetic ring and the supported phone’s OPPO software. The ring lets Bubble attach to a phone or case; the exact on-screen pairing sequence can vary by handset and regional software release.
- Confirm support. Verify your exact Reno16, Find X9 or other listed model in OPPO’s local compatibility information before opening the accessory.
- Position the magnetic ring. OPPO includes a ring in the package and instructs you to attach it to the back of the phone or case. Place it where Bubble can sit flat without covering cameras, flash or wireless-charging hardware.
- Attach Bubble. Align the accessory with the ring so the magnetic connection is centered and secure. Check that it does not slide when you handle the phone.
- Pair through the phone. Use the supported OPPO camera or accessory interface to connect Bubble. Bluetooth 5.2 is part of the hardware specification, while the accessory also uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
- Open the rear camera. Select the camera mode, check the live view on Bubble and choose an available 0.6×, 1×, 2× or 3.5× option if your phone exposes it.
- Test the shutter position. Walk to the intended shooting distance and trigger a test photo or recording before starting a take. This confirms that the phone and Bubble remain connected in your actual location.
Keep the ring on the phone or case if you plan to use Bubble regularly. Moving it between cases can change alignment, and a ring that is not flat may make the accessory less stable. OPPO’s instructions establish the ring as the attachment method; they do not establish that every case material or thickness will hold equally well.
What are the Bubble’s screen, size and battery specifications?
The Bubble is small enough to carry as a badge or leave in a creator bag, but its screen is large enough to show a live composition. The figures below are the specifications published by OPPO in 2026; battery figures are laboratory reference results, not guaranteed everyday endurance.

| Resolution and density | 466 × 466 pixels; 266 PPI | A square, high-density panel suited to a compact preview and images. |
| Peak brightness | Up to 600 nits | OPPO’s stated maximum; visibility can vary with surroundings and content. |
| Battery | 550 mAh typical; 560 mAh rated | The Australian store lists both typical and rated capacities. |
| Storage | 4 GB | Provides space for supported badge content such as images and short videos. |
| Wireless connections | Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi | These are the published radio specifications for pairing and accessory operation. |
| Protection | IP54 | Dust and water-resistance rating; it is not a claim of waterproof or immersion protection. |
| Remote distance | Up to 10 m | OPPO’s maximum stated control distance under suitable conditions. |
OPPO’s official regional page reports up to 25.33 hours for a static-image carousel at medium brightness. In a different laboratory scenario, with Bubble connected to the rear camera and a shutter press every 10 seconds, it reports 9.66 hours. Those two numbers describe different workloads, and OPPO labels them reference data; actual runtime varies with brightness, radio conditions, software, temperature and how often the camera preview is active.
The 4 GB storage figure explains why Bubble can act as a visual badge between shoots, but it does not turn the accessory into a general-purpose media player. OPPO specifically describes personal images, motion photos, short videos and interactive pet wallpapers as supported display content.
How can creators use Bubble beyond selfies?
Bubble’s strongest use cases all come from removing uncertainty while the phone is positioned away from you. The display and remote control serve different parts of that workflow.
Tripod-based tutorials and demonstrations
Place the phone at a fixed distance, select the rear lens that suits the scene and use Bubble to verify that your hands, product or demonstration area remain inside the frame. A remote trigger reduces the need to edit out walks back to the phone or to start recording blindly.
Short-form vertical video
For repeatable clips, the preview can help you keep your face or subject at a consistent size. The practical benefit is greatest when the phone is high, low or far enough away that its own screen is difficult to read.
Portrait sessions
A photographer or friend can hold the phone while the subject watches Bubble for framing. That arrangement can make it easier to direct expression and posture without shouting instructions about where the phone is pointing.
Wearable identity and audience engagement
When you are not recording, you can use the AMOLED panel as a small visual sign on a bag or outfit. Personal artwork, motion photos or a short looping video can communicate a style or identity at events and meetups. This is a creative extra rather than a replacement for a larger sign or display.

Pet and character displays
Interactive pet wallpapers give Bubble a playful role between shoots. They are one of the supported content categories OPPO lists, alongside still and motion images and short videos.
What are the Bubble’s main advantages?
The accessory makes the most sense when its specific conveniences outweigh the need to carry and charge another device.
- More confident rear-camera framing: You can use the phone’s rear camera while checking composition from the subject’s side.
- Remote control at useful distances: OPPO’s up-to-10-metre specification suits many tripod and stand arrangements.
- Small, light form factor: At 27.5 g and 7 mm thick, Bubble is easier to add to a creator kit than a separate monitor or tablet.
- Distinctive display: The AMOLED badge gives the product a creative function when you are not shooting.
- Multiple lens perspectives: Supported phones can expose 0.6×, 1×, 2× and 3.5× controls, subject to the phone’s hardware.
- Useful for assisted shooting: A subject can monitor the view while another person handles the phone.
These strengths are practical rather than cinematic. Bubble does not claim to improve image quality by itself; it helps you choose and use the phone’s existing cameras with less guesswork.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What are the limitations and risks?
The biggest limitation is compatibility. If your phone is outside OPPO’s supported list, the magnetic attachment alone does not provide the accessory’s defining functions. Selected iPhone support was reported at launch in the Philippines, but availability can differ by model and country.
- Not a standalone camera: Bubble depends on a compatible phone, OPPO software and the phone’s camera hardware.
- Regional availability: Stock and prices differ by market; an accessory available in one country may be difficult to obtain in another.
- Battery claims are conditional: The 25.33-hour and 9.66-hour figures come from OPPO laboratory scenarios, so heavy preview use may produce different results.
- Maximum brightness is not a visibility guarantee: Up to 600 nits may be adequate in many situations, but direct sunlight and reflections can still make a small display harder to read.
- IP54 is limited protection: Treat the rating as resistance to dust and splashing, not permission to submerge Bubble or use it in heavy rain.
- Another device to manage: You must remember the accessory, keep its battery charged and maintain a secure magnetic ring alignment.
- No independent endurance or durability evidence: There is no established long-term test here that would justify claims about years of battery health, drop resistance or real-world weather performance.
The accessory is therefore a workflow tool, not an essential upgrade for every phone owner. Creators who already frame reliably with a phone’s front camera or a larger external monitor may gain little from it.

How much does OPPO Bubble cost, and where is it available?
Pricing is regional rather than universal. OPPO Australia’s store listed the Bubble at AUD 189 and showed it as sold out when checked. A Philippine launch report placed the price at ₱8,999 for a launch on August 7, 2026, with sales through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and OPPO’s online store. Those are market-specific snapshots, not a current worldwide price.
Before buying, check the official OPPO store or authorized channels in your country for three separate facts: whether the accessory is in stock, whether your phone is supported in that market, and whether the local price includes any required ring or regional package variation. A low imported price is not necessarily a bargain if local software support or warranty coverage is unavailable.

A sensible buying checklist
- Write down your exact phone model and software version.
- Confirm it appears on the current local compatibility list.
- Check whether the seller provides the magnetic ring included in OPPO’s package.
- Compare the local total cost with the amount you would pay for a small external monitor or simply use for a tripod and timer.
- Verify return terms in case the accessory does not pair with your regional phone variant.
Is OPPO Bubble worth it for content creators?
Bubble is worth considering for an OPPO phone owner who regularly shoots alone, needs the rear camera’s quality, and wants a compact preview instead of repeatedly walking to a tripod. The remote shutter, small AMOLED monitor and badge display give it a clear identity beyond a generic Bluetooth button.
It is a weaker purchase if your phone is not officially supported, if the local price approaches that of a larger monitor, or if you rarely shoot away from the phone. The 27.5-gram weight is modest, but the accessory still adds another battery, pairing step and item to carry.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute2Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems3Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesThe buying decision should therefore follow this order: compatibility first, local stock and price second, and creative use third. When all three line up, Bubble can make rear-camera selfies, solo videos and assisted group shots less frustrating. When they do not, its attractive badge function is unlikely to compensate for the missing camera integration.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the Bubble Mag E-Badge in the rain?
Its IP54 rating is intended for limited dust and splash resistance, not immersion or prolonged heavy rain. Keep the accessory sheltered during wet-weather shoots and dry it before reconnecting or charging it.
Will Bubble stay attached to every phone case?
OPPO’s package includes a magnetic ring that must be attached to the back of the phone or case. Alignment, surface flatness and case construction can affect how securely it holds, so test the complete phone-and-case combination before filming away from a table.
Where should I check for newly supported phones?
Use the OPPO support information for your country and look for the exact handset model, not just the series name. OPPO says more devices may be added by OTA updates, so the list can change after launch.

Can Bubble show my own videos when I am not filming?
Yes, OPPO describes support for user photos, motion photos and short videos, along with interactive pet wallpapers. The available transfer and management steps depend on the compatible phone’s software, so follow the instructions shown in that regional release.
