Nevis, an AI software company for wealth-management firms, announced a $70 million Series B on October 26, 2026. EQT Ventures led the round, taking Nevis’s total disclosed funding to $110 million. Fortune separately reported that the financing valued Nevis at about $500 million, citing a person familiar with the private financial details; Nevis did not confirm that valuation in its announcement.

EQT Ventures partner and head Carolina Brochado said an average advisor works across “about seven outdated systems” for different parts of the workflow. Nevis’s pitch is that a connected system can remove the repeated data entry and handoffs between those systems while keeping the advisor involved in client decisions.

How much did Nevis raise, and who led the round?
The Series B is $70 million and was led by EQT Ventures, according to Nevis’s October 26, 2026 announcement. Charles Schwab and QuantumLight joined as strategic investors. Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit Capital—investors in the company’s earlier financing—also participated as returning backers. Carolina Brochado joined Nevis’s board as part of the transaction.

Nevis further says assets represented on its platform grew from $50 billion to $700 billion during 2026. That is a measure of assets associated with firms using the platform, not a claim that Nevis manages or owns those assets. The company has reported customers including Focus Financial Partners, IEQ Capital and United Capital.
How does Nevis automate account-opening paperwork?
Nevis’s workflow model links the information an advisor gathers with the documents and approvals required by a custodian. In a typical process, the system can use existing client records and meeting information to prepare forms, route them for review and signature, and coordinate the remaining custodial account-opening steps.
Focus Financial Partners’ deployment
A Nevis and Focus case study describes an enterprise deployment with a dedicated Nevis implementation team. It says Workflows automate back-office processes such as opening an account from start to finish. The case study identifies Focus as having more than $500 billion in advised assets, but it does not provide an independent time-and-motion benchmark for the automation.

Human review and controls
Automating paperwork does not remove the need for advisor and compliance review. Firms still need to verify client data, suitability information, signatures and custodial requirements before an account is opened. The available product descriptions establish workflow breadth and planned integrations, but do not publish a common benchmark for error rates, implementation time or the amount of work that remains human-controlled.
What will Nevis do with the new funding?
Nevis says it will use the capital to expand its agents, add integrations with custodians and other WealthTech systems, and grow its product and go-to-market teams.
