It can be either. The fourth door is Samsung’s Cool Select compartment, with four selectable temperature modes documented in the specification and manual material.

The 300mm side-clearance figure is particularly demanding in a tight kitchen. A nominal 908mm cavity may not be enough if a wall, island or tall cabinet prevents both doors from opening fully.
