Choose the original Game Boy for the classic hardware

How does the LEGO Super Mario Game Boy compare?
LEGO set 72046 is a near-1:1, 421-piece brick-built replica announced by Nintendo for release on October 1, 2025. It has a brick-built +Control Pad, A and B buttons, SELECT and START controls, a Game Pak slot, and interchangeable The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Super Mario Land Game Paks.
