- Open the Get Help app and search for the Windows Update troubleshooter, or open Windows Update troubleshooting from Microsoft’s support guidance.
- Run the automated troubleshooter and follow the prompts it provides.
- When it finishes, restart the device.

No. Microsoft ended Windows 10 support on October 14, 2025. After that date, Microsoft no longer provides Windows 10 with free software updates through Windows Update, technical assistance, or security fixes.
