Basic cache reset
- Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
- Stop Windows Update:
net stop wuauserv - Rename the cache folder:

Retry from a clean boot
A clean boot starts Windows with non-Microsoft services and startup programs disabled, helping reveal software that conflicts with an update.
- Press Windows key + R, type
