How should I capture the full error context?
Before changing settings, preserve the information that can identify the source. A screenshot is useful, but redact account names, email addresses, product keys, network addresses, and other personal information before sharing it.

Check automatic date and time
In Settings > Time & language > Date & time, enable automatic time and automatic time-zone selection where available, then use the option to synchronize the clock. Clear the update cache carefully

What if the message appears after a crash or unexpected restart?
