To complete Fortnite’s Yeat quest, land at the unnamed Power Pylon landmark beside the red Zipline tower directly north of Reality’s Reign. Speak to Yeat, choose “Unreleased Music,” collect five bells around the tower compound, then return to Yeat and finish the follow-up conversation. Current community walkthroughs report a three-minute timer for the collection run and a free HeliMan Jam Track when you complete the hand-in.
Where is Yeat in Fortnite?
Yeat is at an unnamed landmark, also described as a Power Pylon, immediately north of Reality’s Reign. The easiest visual marker is the tall red Zipline tower. Yeat stands near the tower’s base, so drop at the tower rather than searching for a named point of interest.

The quest is available through an NPC conversation, not by purchasing a cosmetic. You do not need a Yeat outfit or V-Bucks to start the bell objective.
How do I start Yeat’s bell quest?
- Drop north of Reality’s Reign and land beside the red Zipline tower.
- Find Yeat at the base of the tower and interact with him.
- Select “Unreleased Music” in the dialogue wheel. That choice launches the bell-collection objective.
- Move immediately after the opening conversation ends. Detailed walkthroughs from 2026 report that the three-minute countdown starts at that point.
A clean route can leave roughly 30 to 60 seconds for the return trip, according to AllThingsHow’s walkthrough. Landing directly at the compound is more important than taking a safer but distant drop.

Where are all five bells?
Every bell is inside the tower compound or on the adjacent landmark building. Face each bell and hold your platform’s Interact control until it registers.

Collect the two ground-level bells before climbing. Then use the ascender or Zipline for Blue and Glitter, which avoids repeated ladder work and reduces the chance of running out the clock.
What route gives the most time to return?
- After choosing “Unreleased Music,” collect Red below the ascender.
- Run behind the Battle Bus for Green.
- Climb to the nearby roof and collect Silver from the air-conditioning unit.
- Take the tower ascender or Zipline to the first platform for Blue.
- Continue to the top platform for Glitter.
- Drop or descend toward Yeat and start the hand-in conversation before the timer expires.
The exact movement can vary with the match’s terrain and other players, but keeping the lower bells together and the tower bells together minimizes backtracking.

What happens if I die during Yeat’s quest?
If you are eliminated, the bell run resets. You must land at the tower and begin the objective again in a new match; collected bells do not carry over from the failed attempt.
If the timer expires without an elimination, the walkthroughs likewise indicate that you need to retry the objective. Treat the three-minute period as the full collection-and-return window, not merely the time to find the final bell.
How do I claim the free HeliMan Jam Track?
After collecting all five bells, return to Yeat before the countdown ends. Speak to him again and select the follow-up dialogue associated with HeliMan, as shown in the current walkthroughs. Completing that conversation awards HeliMan as a Jam Track in the Fortnite Locker.

Where can I use HeliMan after earning it?
Epic’s Jam Track support documentation describes Jam Tracks as music items usable across several Fortnite experiences. Once HeliMan is in your Locker, it can be equipped for:
- Fortnite Festival Main Stage and Jam Stage
- Lobby Music
- Supported Battle Royale presentation moments
- Mid-match playback through the Jam Track Player, which Games.gg reports can be assigned through the Emote Wheel
A guitar controller is optional. Epic says connected guitar hardware is required only for Pro Lead or Pro Bass parts; ordinary Jam Track playback and the Yeat quest do not require one.

Is the Yeat quest still available?
The published walkthroughs disagree on the final availability date: Games.gg lists October 31, 2026, while AllThingsHow lists November 1, 2026. No Epic quest page cited by those guides resolves the one-day discrepancy.
Before dropping, check the live Quests tab, the in-game map and the season timer. Games.gg also says a free Quest Pack must be claimed before the quest appears, but the other detailed guides do not list that as a confirmed prerequisite, so treat it as a troubleshooting check rather than a guaranteed requirement.
Why is Yeat or the bell objective missing?
- Verify that the live Quests tab still lists the event and that the season has not passed its stated end window.
- Check whether a free Quest Pack is waiting to be claimed, as one walkthrough reports that prerequisite.
- Land at the Power Pylon north of Reality’s Reign, not at a similarly shaped tower elsewhere on the island.
- If the objective vanished after an elimination, queue a new match; the bell run is match-specific.

Can I complete the bell quest in any Fortnite mode?
The walkthroughs describe the objective as a Battle Royale island NPC quest, so start in the mode where the current Quests tab places Yeat. Mode availability can change with a seasonal update; the live in-game listing is the authoritative check.

Does HeliMan remain in my Locker after the event ends?
The guides describe HeliMan as an awarded Jam Track rather than a temporary quest effect. Once the reward is granted and visible in the Locker, it is treated like other owned Jam Tracks, subject to any normal account or event-service changes.
Can another player collect the bells for me?
The quest is tied to the player who starts Yeat’s “Unreleased Music” dialogue. Squadmates can help defend the area, but each player should activate the conversation and collect the bells on their own account to receive the reward.

Do I need a guitar controller to unlock HeliMan?
No. The controller requirement applies only to Pro Lead and Pro Bass performance parts. Unlocking HeliMan and using its standard Jam Track playback work without instrument hardware.
