As of October 30, 2026, the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass is not confirmed as a live Fortnite pass. Epic’s official Battle Pass page still shows the Override pass and says it ends November 1, 2026, Eastern Time. An October 26 report described a Treasure Hunters teaser but said the new reward track and price had not been published. If a Treasure Hunters outfit is absent before the season changes, that is not proof of a missing entitlement. For a reward that is already available, the practical fixes are to verify pass eligibility, claim prerequisites, Locker filters and Archive, the owning Epic account, and any reward-processing error.

Is the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass live yet?
No verified live reward track was available on October 30, 2026. Epic’s Battle Pass page displayed Override, with an end date of November 1, 2026, Eastern Time. The page showed 800 V-Bucks for Override; that figure is not a Treasure Hunters price and should not be used to predict the next pass.
A secondary report dated October 26 mentioned a Treasure Hunters teaser aimed at November 1, but it explicitly said the new pass track and price had not been published. It also does not establish which characters or outfits will be rewards. Do not treat a rumored skin, crossover character or teaser image as a confirmed Battle Pass entitlement.

When the season turns, open Fortnite’s current Battle Pass page and the in-game Passes tab again. A future pass cannot be claimed, unlocked or restored while it is only anticipated. The exact release or downtime hour was not verified, so use Epic’s live announcements and status board rather than a countdown copied from a third-party post.
How do I check whether an available reward is actually claimable?
Open the relevant live pass first. A reward can be visible without being claimable: Fortnite separates level progress, prerequisite rewards and the act of claiming. Follow these checks in order.

- Read the reward tile. Check the required level and whether earlier rewards on that page must be claimed first. Reaching a level does not automatically claim every reward you have earned.
- Confirm premium access. Premium rewards require access to the pass. Epic identifies an active Fortnite Crew subscription as one route to current-pass premium rewards; otherwise, use the access option shown in the Passes tab. Do not buy V-Bucks merely to troubleshoot a reward that is not live or is already owned.
- Claim the reward manually. After meeting the level and prerequisite conditions, select the outfit and use the on-screen claim control. Remain on the account that earned the reward until the confirmation appears.
- Check Bonus Rewards separately. Bonus Rewards can require additional levels and prior claims. If the outfit is in that section, ordinary pass-level progress alone may not be enough.
XP advances active passes, but XP progress and ownership are separate. A level increase can make a tile eligible while leaving the final claim action undone.
What should I do if the outfit is claimed but missing from the Locker?
Start with the Locker, not a reinstall. Epic’s support guidance specifically treats a missing Locker item as an item-visibility and account-ownership problem until those possibilities are ruled out.

- Open the Outfit category. Do not search only the recently added row or a preset. Browse the complete outfit inventory.
- Clear Sort and Filter. Remove rarity, season, series, platform and other filters that can hide a newly granted cosmetic.
- Turn off the favorites-only filter. A heart/favorites filter limits the grid to marked items. Disable it before concluding that the outfit is absent.
- Search by the exact name. Use the Locker search field if you know the reward’s published name. Avoid searching for a teaser name that may differ from the final item name.
- Check Archived. Epic’s Archive feature hides cosmetics from the Locker and Emote Wheel without deleting them. Open the Archived view, select the outfit and unarchive it if it is there.
- Inspect variants. If the base outfit is visible but a color, helmet or other alternate style is not, open the outfit’s style panel. Styles can have their own level, quest or event requirement; owning the base outfit does not automatically unlock every style.
After changing a filter or unarchiving an item, leave and reopen the Locker so the grid refreshes. If the item appears on one platform but not another, continue with the account checks below rather than purchasing it again.
How do I verify the Epic account that owns the reward?
The reward belongs to the Epic account that received or purchased it, not necessarily to the console profile currently signed in. This matters most when every cosmetic or an entire season’s progress is missing.

- Sign out of Fortnite and the Epic Games account. Sign back in with the account used when the pass or reward was claimed.
- Check the account identity. Confirm the displayed Epic account name and connected console account are the intended ones. A console login can be associated with an Epic account different from the one you remember using.
- Do not unlink accounts while guessing. Epic’s account instructions explain how linked accounts and Fortnite progress work. Unlinking or relinking without identifying the owning account can create a second account problem instead of recovering the first one.
- Compare across devices only after the account check. If the same Epic account shows the item on another supported device, the issue is likely a session or device display problem. If it is missing everywhere, keep the claim receipt, reward name and approximate claim time for support.
Buying another pass, buying V-Bucks or changing console hardware does not transfer an entitlement between Epic accounts.
What fixes an “error processing your rewards” message?
Use Epic’s short recovery sequence when the claim itself produces an error. These steps apply to an available reward; they cannot unlock a future Treasure Hunters pass.

- Sign out, then sign back in to the Epic account that owns the pass.
- Close and restart Fortnite completely rather than returning only to the title screen.
- Wait a few minutes before trying the claim again. A successful purchase or claim can take time to appear.
- Check Epic’s live status page for a Fortnite or account-service incident. A green status is only a snapshot and does not rule out an individual entitlement problem.
- Try the same account on another supported device if one is available. This helps separate a device-specific display failure from an account-side issue.
- If the reward remains eligible but absent, capture the exact error text and submit the case through Epic’s item or reward support flow.
Do not repeatedly purchase the pass or the same cosmetic while a claim is processing. Keep any transaction confirmation so support can match the entitlement to the account.
Why are Bonus Rewards still missing after I leveled up?
Bonus Rewards use a separate progression gate. Epic’s support wording distinguishes “not receiving my Battle Pass Bonus rewards after leveling up” from a normal pass claim. Open the Bonus Rewards section and verify three things: the required additional level, every earlier reward that must be claimed, and premium pass access where the tile requires it.

If the reward still does not arrive, submit an Epic support ticket with the pass name, outfit name, account identity, level shown in-game and the approximate time you met the requirement. Those details let support investigate the specific entitlement instead of treating the report as a general missing-skin question.
What if all Fortnite progress or cosmetics disappeared?
A whole collection disappearing is different from one hidden outfit. First verify that Fortnite is connected to the Epic account that held the progress, particularly after switching consoles, changing email addresses or using a console-only sign-in. Do not create a new Epic account simply because the current screen looks empty.

- Record the Epic display name and connected platform account shown before contacting support.
- Check whether the same account is missing progress on every device.
- Gather purchase confirmations, pass receipts and the names of several missing cosmetics.
- Use Epic’s account and missing-item support instructions; avoid unlinking accounts until support or the official instructions identify the correct owner.
If only one outfit is absent while other progress is intact, return to the Locker filter and Archive checks before treating it as an account-loss event.
How can I tell whether this is a live-service outage?
Epic’s public status page showed Fortnite as operational in the October 30 snapshot, but status changes are volatile and an operational banner cannot prove that one account’s reward was granted. Check the live board at the moment the error occurs, note the incident name and time, and retry after the service is restored if the board reports an outage.

Contact support after the relevant branch is complete, not before. Include enough information for an entitlement lookup:
- Epic account display name and the platform on which the reward was claimed
- Pass name and whether the reward was a standard, premium or Bonus Reward
- Outfit name, style name if applicable, and the level or prerequisite shown on the tile
- Approximate claim time, transaction or pass receipt, and a screenshot of the error or missing Locker view
- Whether the item is missing on one device or on every device
Use the item-specific missing-Locker guidance for a claimed cosmetic and the Bonus Reward support path when an eligible bonus remains absent. Explain that the pass was live and the listed requirements were met; do not describe a teaser or unreleased outfit as a confirmed missing entitlement.

What should you not do?
- Do not diagnose a prelaunch absence as a bug. Before November 1, an unlisted Treasure Hunters reward may simply not be released.
- Do not assume a teaser confirms the roster. A character or outfit mentioned in a secondary report is not an official reward until Epic publishes it.
- Do not reuse the Override price. The 800-V-Bucks figure belongs to the displayed Override page, not to Treasure Hunters.
- Do not buy V-Bucks to make a future pass appear. Currency does not activate an unpublished track.
- Do not expect reinstalling or new hardware to restore an account entitlement. Those actions do not fix an ownership mismatch and can add setup work.
- Do not unlink accounts while troubleshooting. Identify the owning Epic account first.
What is the fastest decision path?
- Before November 1, 2026 Eastern Time: treat an absent Treasure Hunters pass or rumored outfit as unverified and wait for Epic’s official Passes tab.
- Pass visible, reward locked: read level, prior-claim and premium-access requirements.
- Reward claimed, outfit absent: clear Locker filters, disable favorites-only, inspect Archive and search the Outfit category.
- Base outfit visible, style absent: open the style requirement panel.
- Claim error: sign in again, restart, wait, check live status and try another device.
- Everything missing: verify the Epic/console account link and preserve account and purchase details for support.
The decisive distinction is whether the item is not live, locked, claimable, claimed-but-hidden, or absent from the owning account. Once that state is identified, the appropriate fix is usually clear.
