There is no verified player-side fix for an EXODUS character-model glitch, texture pop-in, or facial-animation problem yet. As of October 30, 2026, EXODUS has not launched. Archetype Entertainment’s official FAQ lists April 7, 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, and Epic Games Store, with preorders not yet live. The official support center has no symptom-specific troubleshooting article, so instructions claiming that a particular driver, upscaler, shader-cache reset, or graphics setting definitely fixes EXODUS would be speculation.

Is there an EXODUS glitch fix right now?

The official support center currently exposes general game, tabletop, Founder’s Program, and sign-up information. It does not publish a fix for character rendering, texture streaming, NPC faces, or facial animation. That absence matters: a generic PC tweak may be sensible to try in another game, but it is not an EXODUS-specific remedy until a named build, platform, and result are documented by the developer or a reproducible workaround is confirmed.

Is the “weird Jun face” a bug?
Current evidence points to a deliberate pre-release art revision, not a broken face animation. In an October 22, 2026 community update, Archetype Entertainment called the change an “updated look” informed by feedback. The same update says players can choose male or female Jun and customize hairstyles, hair color, facial hair, and tattoos.
The official news index then described the October 28 “Liberating the Kay” demo as featuring “male Jun’s updated appearance.” That is an explicit description of a changed asset in official footage, not a report that a shipped game is rendering the wrong mesh or facial rig. Independent coverage from Push Square also described the male protagonist’s face as having been changed after feedback from potential players; its report is useful corroboration, while the developer’s wording remains the primary source.

Different trailers, demos, and preview builds can therefore show different versions of Jun while the game is being developed. A changed facial structure, hairstyle, or skin detail is not by itself evidence of corrupted save data, a missing texture, or a facial-animation failure. To call it a bug, you would need to see an unexpected result repeatedly in the same released build, ideally with another player or an official statement confirming the problem.

What would count as a real EXODUS graphics bug?
A runtime defect is a repeatable rendering or animation failure in a specific build. The symptom’s behavior is more useful than a single screenshot. Note whether the issue appears during gameplay, a pre-rendered scene, a dialogue close-up, or a transition while assets are still loading.

A pre-release model revision, a stylistic facial choice, and a transient loading transition should not be reported as the same problem. A screenshot can establish what a frame looked like, but a short video with the preceding action shows whether an asset streamed in, disappeared, or failed to animate. Record what the game actually does, when it happens, and whether it survives a reload.
Are official system requirements or graphics settings available?
Not yet. The announced PC storefronts are Steam and Epic Games Store, but no official EXODUS minimum or recommended hardware specification is currently published in the cited support material. That means you cannot honestly diagnose texture pop-in by comparing your machine with a developer-approved VRAM target, nor can you promise that moving the game to an SSD or selecting a particular upscaler will solve it.

- Confirm the build is current. Let the console or launcher finish every EXODUS update, then note the displayed game version or build number. How do I document an EXODUS character or texture problem?
A support team can act on a precise reproduction, not just “the graphics are broken.” Put the core facts near the top of the report and keep the wording neutral: describe the visible behavior rather than guessing that a shader, driver, or corrupted file is responsible.

A forum post that says “this worked for me” may help generate a hypothesis, but it does not establish that the action fixes every copy of the game. Keep the build number and platform attached to any claim you pass on. A trustworthy comparison should state the platform, patch, symptom, reproduction rate, affected scope, and whether an official note confirms the remedy.

PC launchers can expose file-verification commands, while consoles manage updates and installed data through their own system menus. That difference is why a PC instruction should not be presented as a console fix, and why a console database or cache procedure should not be recommended without official guidance. Report the platform first; it determines which files, settings, and logs support can reasonably request.
Do not combine reports from different platforms as if they were one bug. A texture issue on Steam build 1.0 and a facial-animation issue on a later Xbox patch may have different causes and fixes. If you switch platforms, record that separately.

Use the official support request form at support.exodusgame.com once a public build is available. Attach the short video or screenshots, provide the exact build and platform, and explain whether the issue can be reproduced after restarting or loading another save.
Do not send personal information that is unrelated to diagnosing the game. Keep the original capture files in case support asks for a higher-quality version or additional context. If the form later provides a category for graphics, animation, or technical issues, choose the closest category and describe the exact symptom in the body.

Until launch, expect visual changes between official demos, trailers, and development builds. The October 22 Jun update and the October 28 demo description establish that the male character’s appearance has changed during development. They do not establish a retail rendering failure.
The most useful future evidence will arrive with the first public build, the first official patch, or published PC system requirements and technical support guidance. Revisit any troubleshooting instructions after one of those events, because only then can a symptom be tied to a real version and platform.
