Can I play Dispatch offline on my phone?
Offline play is not confirmed. AdHoc Studio’s mobile announcement and the available official patch notes do not state whether ordinary gameplay works without an internet connection. There is therefore no reliable basis to promise that the game will launch, continue, or save progress in airplane mode.
“Offline support” can mean several different things, and a statement about one would not automatically answer the others. Does Dispatch work with a Bluetooth controller on iPhone or Android?
External-controller support has not been announced for the mobile version. The confirmed input detail is touch-oriented redesign, not compatibility with Bluetooth, MFi, Xbox, PlayStation, or other controllers. The fact that other editions have been documented for PC and consoles does not show that the mobile build accepts a controller.

Controller compatibility is a separate feature from whether a phone can pair with a controller at the operating-system level. A controller may connect to an iPhone or Android device generally, yet a particular game may not recognize it or may support only some inputs. For Dispatch, no official mobile compatibility statement identifies supported controller types, setup steps, or in-game controller options.
If touch controls are not suitable for you, wait for a game-specific confirmation before buying or borrowing a controller for this game. Look for explicit language from AdHoc Studio or the mobile store listing naming controller support. No mobile cloud-save feature is confirmed in the announcement or cited patch notes. Although the release announcement mentions Google Play Games on PC, it does not say that Android mobile saves sync through Google Play Games. It also does not specify iCloud saves for iPhone or another cloud-save service.
Cloud saves and cross-platform saves are related but different. A cloud save can back up or synchronize progress between devices using the same mobile platform or account. Cross-platform saves mean progress can move between distinct editions, such as mobile and PC or console. Confirmation of one would not prove the other, and neither capability is promised in the announcement.

Until AdHoc Studio publishes details, do not assume a phone save will be backed up automatically, transferred to a new phone, or shared with another edition. If you are choosing between platforms based on keeping one continuous save, wait for the developer to explain which accounts or services are supported and whether a transfer process is required.
Will my PC or console save carry over to mobile?
Cross-platform save transfer is unconfirmed. The announcement does not promise that a PC, PlayStation, Xbox, or Switch save can be imported into the iOS or Android game, nor that mobile progress can be continued on those platforms.
