Does Dispatch support cross-progression?

What “cross-progression” means in practice

What happens to Steam Cloud while playing offline?
Steam Support says games played in Offline Mode do not synchronize with Steam Cloud until the player is back online. In practical terms, a local save may be available to play offline while its cloud copy is waiting to sync; offline play and cloud synchronization are separate functions.
When Steam presents a synchronization conflict, do not assume that the newest-looking timestamp means the correct save for your situation. A useful habit is to reconnect to Steam and allow synchronization to finish before switching devices, especially after playing offline.
