Yes, Kassandra is returning to Assassin’s Creed-related releases in 2026, but December refers to delivery estimates for a licensed PureArts collectible, not the launch of a new Kassandra-led video game. The Assassin’s Creed Animus Kassandra 1/8 Scale Statue is an approximately 11-inch PVC/ABS figure licensed by Ubisoft. PureArts lists a $119 price and Q3 2026 shipping, while retailer estimates extend into September–December 2026. No December 2026 Kassandra game has been announced.
What is the December 2026 Kassandra release?
The December story concerns PureArts’ Assassin’s Creed Animus Kassandra 1/8 Scale Statue. It depicts the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey protagonist in Misthios battle attire, holding a broken spear, on an Ancient Greece-inspired base showing Alexios in battle. An LED Animus effect is built into the display.

PureArts describes the piece as a smaller 1/8-scale version of its earlier 1/4-scale Animus Kassandra statue. The listed height is approximately 11 inches, and the construction is PVC and ABS. The statue uses USB-C power for its lighting and is advertised as available worldwide.
PureArts lists the product at $119 and gives Q3 2026 as its shipping target. Retail schedules are estimates rather than a guaranteed December launch date: Sideshow’s window runs from September through December 2026, and GameStop lists the same product at $119.99 while showing it unavailable online at the time of its listing.

Is this a new Assassin’s Creed game starring Kassandra?
No. Ubisoft has not confirmed a December 2026 game starring Kassandra. The statue is physical merchandise, while the other 2026 Kassandra appearances announced so far are an in-game cosmetic pack and a story tease.
What Ubisoft’s 2026 franchise update says
Ubisoft’s March 4, 2026 Assassin’s Creed: Into 2026 update discussed ongoing work on projects including Hexe and Invictus, but did not announce a Kassandra game. An October 26 report about an upcoming franchise broadcast likewise said the presentation would contain no major reveals.

What the Shadows comments mean
Assassin’s Creed Shadows associate game director Simon Lemay-Comtois said the team had created a Kassandra-related Japan story and “might reveal it at some point later.” He also described Kassandra as immortal within the series’ lore. Those remarks establish a planned or prepared narrative idea, not a dated product, expansion or December release.
What other Kassandra content arrived in 2026?
Ubisoft released the Echoes of Kassandra cosmetic pack for Anno 117: Pax Romana on September 17, 2026. It is playable content, but it is primarily a themed customization add-on rather than a new Kassandra adventure.

What should you check before pre-ordering?
- Confirm the exact edition: look for “Animus Kassandra 1/8 Scale Statue,” rather than a similarly named 1/4-scale product or an unlicensed figure.
- Read the delivery window: Q3 2026 is PureArts’ target, while a retailer’s September–December range allows for later fulfillment.
- Verify stock and regional shipping: a product page can remain searchable after online inventory is temporarily exhausted.
- Check power requirements: the LED feature uses USB-C, so plan for a compatible cable and nearby power source.
- Review cancellation and returns: preorder deposits, restocking terms and return eligibility differ by retailer and jurisdiction.
Why does Kassandra keep appearing across Assassin’s Creed?
Kassandra’s continued use reflects the series’ interconnected approach to characters, lore and historical settings. Ubisoft Quebec associate creative director Clémence Nogrix has said that stories and unanswered questions can remain after a game launches. That approach allows Kassandra to appear in cosmetic crossovers, lore references and merchandise without confirming a new starring game.
For now, the evidence supports three separate facts: a Ubisoft-licensed statue scheduled for 2026 fulfillment, a September 2026 Anno 117 cosmetic pack, and an unannounced Kassandra-related idea associated with Shadows. None establishes a December 2026 playable Kassandra release.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Kassandra statue include a game or downloadable content?
No. It is a standalone display collectible. The LED Animus lighting and USB-C connection are physical features, not access to an Assassin’s Creed game or digital bonus.
Is the 1/8-scale figure the same as PureArts’ older Kassandra statue?
No. PureArts presents this as a 1/8-scale version, whereas its earlier Animus Kassandra product was 1/4 scale. The smaller format is why the listed height is about 11 inches.
Can I expect every retailer to deliver in December 2026?
No. December is the end of one retailer’s estimated window, not a universal launch date. Manufacturer targets and retailer estimates can move, and regional fulfillment may differ.
Is Kassandra playable in the Anno 117 crossover?
The Echoes of Kassandra release adds portraits, symbols, ornaments, statues and a flagship skin to Anno 117: Pax Romana. It is customization content rather than a dedicated Kassandra campaign.
