Web Whiteboard is a free online collaborative canvas for sketching, brainstorming, sharing projects, and working together in real time. You can create a board without an account, then share its link; anyone with that link receives editing access. The infinite canvas can hold project resources, timelines, milestones, and blockers. Tools include preset pens, a highlighter, smart drawing, a lasso, sticky notes, text, shapes, and connection lines. Eight templates include flowcharts, customer journey maps, product roadmaps, and retrospectives. Boards can be downloaded as images or PDFs. Uploads support images, PDF files, Google Drive documents, and MS Office files, with a 30 MB file limit and image resolution up to 32 megapixels. Tablet support includes stylus input, palm rejection, and Apple Scribble. Boards remain available for 24 hours, then are locked for seven days; unsaved or unexported boards are deleted afterward.
