Property managers can assign vendors to risk tiers and match requirements to each vendor’s service and risk level. Procurement gives access to pre-vetted vendors, competitive bids, and standardized templates; AI can draft project descriptions and scopes of work for RFX requests. Contract records can be organized with labels and categories, then filtered by details such as expiration date, service type, and region. VendorPM integrates with Yardi Voyager 7S, with syncing for compliance status, insurance and workers’ compensation expiry, vendor updates, and contact information. Vendors can open a free account to create a business profile, handle client communications, and maintain compliance. The service connects property managers, real estate executives, and service vendors. VendorPM launched in 2020 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Property-management portfolio pricing is tailored to portfolio size and provided on request. Vendor growth plans and bidding on open quote requests are currently limited to vendors in Ontario and Alberta.

Choose VendorPM if you need a shared platform for vendor compliance, bidding, and contract organization, particularly alongside Yardi Voyager 7S. Vendors outside Ontario and Alberta cannot currently use the listed growth plans or bid on open quote requests, and property managers need to request portfolio pricing.
