Task Coach

What Task Coach is
Task Coach is a free, open-source task manager for personal tasks and composite to-do lists. Tasks can contain descriptions, priorities, dates, reminders, and daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence, with support for subtasks. List or tree views can be filtered, sorted, and arranged into user-defined categories. The desktop application records time spent, supports task budgets, and reports effort by day, week, month, or another period. Users can create tasks by dragging messages from Outlook, Thunderbird, Claws Mail, or Apple Mail. Files, email messages, and URLs can be attached to tasks, notes, and categories. Tasks, notes, effort, and categories export to HTML and CSV; effort also exports to iCalendar/ICS. Tasks and notes can synchronize through a Funambol server. It runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android under GNU GPL version 3.
