OCC Compliance Archiving archives data from Exchange and Teams, including sent and received messages, drafts, calendar entries, attachments, Teams, channels and chats. Its eDiscovery portal supports searches across archived data, including searches by user. Retention periods can be assigned by group, user or information type. Private emails and Teams chats can be stored separately with restricted access, including an approval process involving multiple people. The service describes support for DSGVO, GoBD and TTDSG requirements and is tailored to European companies and their needs. Its FAQ says unlimited data volume and storage in German ISO-certified data centers are included. The offering is available through three listed plans: Teams Archiv, E-Mail Archiv and Compliance Archiv.
