Instead of MC Seed View
MC Seed View alternatives
MC Seed View lets players preview Minecraft worlds in a browser before loading them. Its map spans the Overworld, Nether, and End, with zoom from a world overview to chunk detail. It finds more than 20 structure types and provides coordinates and teleport commands; its seed finder searches by criteria and grades results. Players can also import a level.dat file to identify a world's seed, version, and spawn point. It supports Java and Bedrock on Android, iOS, and web, and seed calculations run locally in the browser.

The trade-offs are that it does not analyze terrain, and its map does not predict decorations such as trees, ore veins, or tall grass. Bedrock biome accuracy is still improving. Alternatives below range from reverse seed searches and API access to saved map planning and more detailed search controls. Compare edition and version coverage, search limits, sharing or account needs, and whether you want a map viewer or a specialized finder. MC Seed View is free with no account required, so a switch is most useful when another tool's specific workflow or coverage better fits your world planning.
