Gate Sentry is visitor management software for staffed entrances, with Sentry Solo for self-service access at unmanned entrances. At a staffed entrance, guards use a tablet to check visitors in, scan SentryPasses, verify IDs and log entries. Passes can arrive by text or email and be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. For unmanned access, residents can use VirtualKey, invited guests can use SoloPass, vendors can use VirtualKeypad, and unexpected visitors can use Intercom. Guests using SoloPass do not need an app or an account.

A cloud dashboard supports access management, live entry logs, reporting and oversight across multiple properties. Staffed check-in can continue recording entries offline and sync them once the connection returns. Security tools include digital audit trails, guest passes tied to devices, unique time-limited codes, and a property-wide visitor and vehicle ban list.
