What ForMeets is
ForMeets is a paid meeting platform for recording and organizing conversations on the web, iOS, and Android. It records meetings with speaker labels, then provides AI summaries and tracks action items. A searchable archive helps locate information from earlier sessions. Basic costs $20 a month per user when billed annually. It allows meetings up to four hours, includes 1,200 AI minutes, provides 10 GB per member, supports 50 participants, and permits up to five simultaneous meetings. Recordings are retained for one year. Pro costs $35 a month per user with annual billing. It raises meeting length to 12 hours, includes 2,400 AI minutes and 20 GB per seat, supports 100 participants, and allows up to 25 simultaneous meetings, while retaining recordings for one year. Enterprise lists unlimited meetings and AI, 200 participants, custom simultaneous-meeting capacity, custom storage, and unlimited retention under a custom policy.
