Fleetio is a cloud-based fleet management platform for tracking vehicles, coordinating maintenance and managing fleet operations. It stores vehicle information alongside license and registration reminders, warranty details, telematics data, documents and notes. Preventive-maintenance reminders can be scheduled by mileage, operating hours or time intervals. Digital work orders track labor, parts and progress, and inspections can use custom forms with offline completion, photos, comments, alerts and automated workflows. Workflow Automations can create or update work orders, change an asset's status, notify approvers, add comments or email teammates. The platform connects with telematics, GPS, fuel cards, tire monitoring, tolls, citations and accounting systems including QuickBooks Online, Sage, Xero, NetSuite and SAP. Its public REST API has more than 130 endpoints for resources such as vehicles, meter entries and fuel entries. Fleetio Go is available for iOS and Android, with requirements of iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later. Fleetio offers a 14-day trial with access to all features and no credit card required to begin. Continuing after the trial requires payment information or invoicing. Paid plans are priced per vehicle; listed prices assume five assets. Fleetio was founded in 2012.
