FleetForger provides maintenance tools for heavy-duty shops, combining work orders, driver inspections, preventive maintenance, parts inventory and unit tracking. Work orders can assign separate labor entries to multiple technicians, record parts and labor, and be printed or emailed. Inspections can include defect photos, customer approval links and audit timestamps, with DOT §396.11 pre- and post-trip templates. Shops can set per-unit maintenance schedules based on miles, engine hours or days, receive due alerts and create work orders with one click. The system follows serial-numbered components and their service history across units. Inventory tools include phone barcode scanning, automatic deductions for parts used on work orders, low-stock alerts, and vendor and cost history. QuickBooks Online supports invoice pushes, an OAuth 2.0 connection and a sync log. FleetForger is a progressive web app that can be installed on phones; inspection, time and photo capture can work offline and sync when a connection returns. It is available on Android, iOS and web, with API access listed. Plans begin at $99 a month, and the 14-day trial requires no credit card.
