There is no single worldwide restock date confirmed for the Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 console and Pro Controller. In the United States, a Best Buy event on November 5, 2026, is expected to offer limited quantities at select stores. In the United Kingdom, Nintendo says it will announce replenishment through the Nintendo Store app but has not given a date.
What restock date is confirmed?
The date depends on your region and buying channel. The U.S. date reported so far is a store-specific Best Buy event; Nintendo’s UK notice describes how it will announce replenishment, not when replenishment will occur.

Check Best Buy’s event information and participating-store list for your area before traveling. The report identifies select locations, not every Best Buy store.

Confirm the event details close to November 5, 2026. The quantities are described only as limited; no numerical stock count is established.

Check the specific listing and store inventory for the console or controller you want. An event announcement is not a guarantee that either item will be available when you arrive.
What Nintendo’s UK notice means
The notice reproduced by Nintendo Life reads: “The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Collection is currently sold out. We will announce when stock is replenished via the Nintendo Store app.” Nintendo Life published the notice on September 12, 2026. It indicates where Nintendo will communicate a replenishment announcement, but it does not set a date or guarantee when stock will be available.

Restock dates versus the original release date
The October 29, 2026 date is the products’ original release date, not a later restock date. Nintendo Europe’s September 16 announcement listed the Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 edition for October 29 and described the console’s Triforce motif, dock, and Joy-Con 2 controllers. Nintendo Europe Nintendo Israel’s official listing gives the Zelda 40th Anniversary Pro Controller the same October 29, 2026 launch date. Nintendo Israel
