How to install the correct PC edition
Using an Xbox/Windows entitlement

Compare the current checkout for your country, edition and storefront. The $19.99 Hall of Fame Pass Season 9 and $9.99 Pro Pass Season 9 figures shown on Steam are add-ons, while the base-game total can vary by region and promotion.
