For sharper photos on the Galaxy M08 or F08, first check which resolution options the Camera app actually offers. If 50MP is available, use it in bright light when you want fine detail; otherwise, Samsung’s published specifications do not guarantee a 50MP capture toggle. In any resolution, steady handling, suitable light and accurate focus matter more than a menu setting.
What the 50MP specification does—and does not—tell you
Samsung India lists a 50.0MP + 2.0MP rear-camera setup for the Galaxy M08 LTE and a 50MP + 2MP rear camera for the Galaxy F08 LTE. Those are sensor specifications; they do not establish that every camera mode saves a full-resolution 50MP image.

Samsung’s general camera guidance says resolution can vary by model, and that camera modes and names may vary with the phone model and software version. Its Photo mode automatically adjusts shooting options to the surroundings. Check the camera app on your own phone rather than assuming that an option shown on another Galaxy will also appear on the M08 or F08.

#1 Best Overall
- Tested for battery health and guaranteed to have a minimum battery capacity of 80%.
- Successfully passed a full diagnostic test which ensures like-new functionality and removal of any prior-user personal information.
- Inspected and guaranteed to have minimal cosmetic damage, which is not noticeable when the device is held at arm's length.
- The device does not come with headphones or a SIM card. It does include a charger and charging cable that may be generic.
- Fully Unlocked: Fully unlocked and compatible with any carrier of choice (e.g. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, US-Cellular, Cricket, Metro, etc.), both domestically and internationally.
Check for a high-resolution option
- Open Camera and inspect the resolution or aspect-ratio control shown in the app.
- Select 50MP only if it is offered and the scene has ample light and fine detail worth preserving.
- If there is no 50MP option, use the best available setting. Do not assume a hidden toggle exists or that another mode will produce a 50MP file.
The exact control name and location can vary. Samsung’s published guidance does not give a verified M08- or F08-specific menu path for selecting 50MP.
Use light and stability to protect detail
In bright conditions
For a detailed scene in good light, hold the phone steady and avoid unnecessary digital zoom. The M08’s product specifications list digital zoom up to 10x, but that figure does not mean zoom adds resolved detail. When practical, move closer or reframe instead.

In dim conditions
Try Night mode when light is low, and keep the phone still while the exposure is taken. Samsung recommends steady handling for Night mode and says a tripod can help produce brighter, steadier results. A tripod is most useful for a static subject; it will not freeze a person or object that moves during the exposure.

Samsung lists no optical image stabilization (OIS) for the M08 rear camera, making careful handling especially sensible with that phone. The cited F08 product information confirms its camera resolution but does not establish its stabilization specification, so do not assume it matches the M08.

Focus on the subject before taking the picture
Tap the main subject on the preview when needed, then hold the phone steady as you capture the image. This is practical phone-camera advice, not a verified M08/F08 menu instruction: the exact focus behavior can depend on the camera app and mode. If the app provides a focus control in Pro mode, Samsung’s general guidance describes focus adjustment there, but it does not confirm that Pro mode or that control is available on both phones.
Use Pro controls only if your app provides them
Samsung’s general guidance describes Pro controls such as ISO, shutter speed, exposure value, focus and white balance, but does not confirm that every control or mode is present on these models. If Pro mode is available, use the controls to respond to the scene rather than relying on a fixed recipe:

- ISO: Lower ISO is suited to bright or stationary scenes; raising ISO can help in dimmer conditions but may add image noise.
- Shutter speed: A longer exposure gathers more light but makes movement and hand shake more visible. A shorter exposure can better freeze movement but may leave a dim scene darker.
- Focus and white balance: Adjust them only when the automatic result is unsuitable and the app exposes those controls.
There are no verified, model-specific ISO or shutter-speed values that can be called the best settings for the M08 or F08. Samsung’s camera-mode guidance describes these controls generally, not as tested presets for either phone.
What is confirmed about each phone
| Phone | Samsung-listed rear cameras | Stabilization information established here | 50MP app option |
|---|---|---|---|
| Galaxy M08 LTE | 50.0MP + 2.0MP | Samsung lists no rear-camera OIS. | Not established by the product specification or general camera guidance. |
| Galaxy F08 LTE | 50MP + 2MP | Not stated on the cited product information. | Not established by the product specification or general camera guidance. |
The figures and specifications are from Samsung India’s respective M08 and F08 product pages. They do not establish comparative image quality or that the phones expose identical camera controls. No hands-on comparison or testing is available to support a claim that one produces better 50MP photos.
