Spend Abyss Points in the Abyss Trade Shop, opened from the Abyss window. For most characters, start with Stigma Shards if your Stigma skills still need levels; choose Daevanion Crystals, Abyssal gear materials, medals, or appearance items when they address a more important goal for your character.
Where to find the Abyss Trade Shop
Open the Abyss window and select the Abyss Trade Shop tab. A guide published October 7, 2026, describes five shop sections: Consumables, Progress, Skins, Wings, and Medals. The Progress section is the natural starting point for character upgrades. Space4Games’ AION 2 Abyss Points guide

What to buy first
Stigma Shards for Stigma progression
Stigma Shards are a strong general-purpose first purchase when your Stigma skills are not yet fully developed. Each shard grants a Stigma Shard Point that levels Stigma skills. A global guide published October 4, 2026, recommends them first for most players, but that is a broad priority—not a prescription for every build or stage of progression. Corpus’ Aion 2 Abyss guide
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDaevanion Crystal: Azphel for Daevanion progression
If your next Daevanion node is the bottleneck, consider Daevanion Crystal: Azphel. It advances Daevanion progression, but its reported cost rises sharply with successive price tiers. Check the cost of the next purchase against the node you plan to unlock before spending. Space4Games; Corpus

Potential Stones for Abyssal gear
Potential Stone: Abyss is relevant if you are developing Abyssal gear. Its reported weekly limit is shared across the account on a server, so check remaining eligibility in the shop before budgeting points around it. Corpus
Medals, accessories, and appearance purchases
Medals may suit players pursuing medal progression, while Skins and Wings are for appearance-focused spending. Requirements can apply: the October 7 guide notes that some appearance purchases require medals, and the October 4 guide reports a rank requirement for Silver Medals of Merit. Review the live shop’s eligibility text before planning a purchase.

There is no single priority order that fits every character. One guide recommends Stigma Shards for most players; another suggests considering accessories—Ring, then Earrings, then Necklace—or Stigma Shards, and advises against mid-tier armor. Treat the accessory order as an alternative, not a universal rule: compare the lasting value of the specific item with the progression system your character needs most. The prices above should therefore be treated as recently reported examples, not as a complete or permanent shop catalogue. Space4Games; Corpus
A quick decision checklist before spending
- Identify your bottleneck: choose the item that advances the system you are actively developing—Stigma, Daevanion, Abyssal gear, medals, or appearance.
- Check the next price tier: the same item can cost more on a later purchase, so do not assume its first listed price will repeat.
- Check the limit and eligibility: distinguish character limits from account-wide limits and confirm any rank or other requirements shown in the client.
- Consider your play style: PvP-specific purchases may have less value if you rarely take part in PvP; judge them by whether you will use what they unlock.
- Verify before a large spend: the cited guides are recent but secondary sources, and the shop can change between patches or regions.
How to earn more Abyss Points before buying
You do not have to win PvP fights to earn Abyss Points. A global guide lists several routes, including Abyss command scrolls, season missions, field bosses, Artifact Sieges, Abyss Corridor runs, Arena and Battlefield matches, and Supply Requests.
