Logitech’s channel strategy is shifting beyond hardware resale toward specialist expertise, partner-delivered services and broader workplace projects. In an October 9, 2026, interview, Logitech for Business global head of channel and alliance Crystal Ferreira described a newly launched services specialization for MSPs, while personal-workspace and pro AV specializations remained planned rather than launched. The program offers ways to build customer relationships and service revenue, but Logitech disclosed no partner-margin figures or guaranteed earnings.
How Logitech Partner Connect is structured
Logitech Partner Connect is organized around tracks that reflect a partner’s level of investment. Ferreira said the Principal track includes deal registration, basic discounting, enablement and portal access. Specializations sit on top of those tracks and are tied to product focus, investment, expertise and the ability to support customers. Logitech also offers a global designation for partners able to serve global customers; Ferreira said it provides additional rebates across a partner’s entities, with the aim of encouraging growth in secondary markets.

Specializations available or planned
At the time of Ferreira’s interview, Logitech had a video-collaboration specialization and had launched a services specialization. She described personal-workspace and dedicated pro AV specializations as forthcoming, not as completed launches. Pro AV partners, she said, bring distinct audio and extended-video capabilities; the intended specialization would give suitably invested partners priority access to relevant opportunities and products. Vertical specializations had been discussed but were not yet in place.
#1 Best Overall
- Your hand can relax in comfort hour after hour with this ergonomically designed mouse. Its contoured shape with soft rubber grips, gently curved sides and broad palm area give you the support you need for effortless control all day long.
- You’ve got the control to do more, faster. Flipping through photo albums and Web pages is a breeze, especially for right-handers—with three standard buttons plus Back/Forward buttons that you can also program to switch applications, go full screen and more. And side-to-side scrolling plus zoom gives you the power to scroll horizontally and vertically through your music library, maps and Facebook feeds, and zoom in and out of photos and budget spreadsheets with a click.* * Requires Logitech SetPoint software (Windows) or Logitech Control Center software (Mac OS X)
- Two years of battery life practically eliminates the need to replace batteries. ** The On/Off switch helps conserve power, smart sleep mode extends battery life and an indicator light eliminates surprises. ** Battery life may vary based on user and computing conditions.
- The tiny Logitech Unifying receiver stays in your laptop. There’s no need to unplug it when you move around, so there’s less worry of it being lost. And you can easily add compatible wireless mice and keyboards to the same wireless receiver.
The practical distinction is between a partner’s chosen focus and its delivery capacity. A reseller may concentrate on product sales, while a partner with design, installation and day-two support capabilities can pursue a broader room or workplace engagement. The interview does not provide a full qualification matrix or a financial comparison among tracks and specializations.
What the MSP services specialization offers
Logitech described its services specialization as a co-delivery model for MSPs that want to build on their own service offer. Qualified participants can white-label Logitech services for video, but not peripherals. The offer gives partners access to core software and multi-tenancy so they can manage customer environments while incorporating Logitech capabilities. Ferreira also said certain pro SKUs are exclusive to participating partners, and that Logitech considers service attach rates and technical capability.

- Click more. Scroll more. Do more. Logitech Marathon Mouse M705 uses far less power than comparable wireless mice from other companies. That means you can go up to three full years between battery changes.*
- Hyper-fast scrolling lets you fly through long documents and Web pages with a single spin of a nearly frictionless metal scroll wheel.
- The sculpted, right-hand shape guides your hand to a naturally comfortable position and places customizable control within your reach. Two thumb buttons lets you move quickly between Web pages.**
- The tiny Logitech Unifying receiver stays in your laptop. There's no need to unplug it when you move around, so there's less worry of it being broken or lost. And you can easily add compatible wireless mice and keyboards to the same wireless receiver.
- Laser grade tracking delivers smooth, responsive, precise cursor control on surfaces that cause problems for standard optical mice, such as polished or wood-grain tables.***
Ferreira characterized the rollout as a slow pilot because partners need to develop their own offer. Logitech was working with participating partners to understand their available SKUs and ensure their offers were properly built. Partners may attach their own service or Logitech Select and still qualify for rebates, subject to program requirements; the interview did not state a universal qualification rule or a service-revenue threshold.

Partner-led service or Logitech Select
The choice is not presented as a single mandatory model. An MSP can bring its own service and use the program’s co-delivery capabilities, or attach Logitech Select. Which approach fits depends on the partner’s existing service capabilities and how it intends to support the customer. Neither option should be treated as an automatic rebate guarantee.

How Logitech makes its profitability case
Ferreira framed specialization, rebates, deal registration and service attachment as ways to support partner investment and profitability. The opportunity she described is to add room design, installation, ongoing support or remote management to a hardware engagement instead of relying on the initial device transaction alone. Logitech Sync can support remote space management, while day-two support and service renewals can extend the partner’s role after installation.
That is a business rationale, not proof of a particular return. The interview offers no margin figures, comparative profit data or independent measurement of service-attach impact. Ferreira said Logitech was reviewing its rebate structure as partners compete with e-commerce, but neither the interview nor the official program page establishes a specific earnings outcome.

How GSIs, consultants and distributors fit
Global systems integrators
Ferreira said Logitech was seeking more global systems integrators (GSIs), which had not historically been a major partner segment for the company. At interview time, GSI engagement was customized rather than governed by a dedicated program track. A GSI might lead with a service offer, install a demo center and testing lab, and work alongside an AV partner handling hardware sales and rack-and-stack. Logitech said it hoped this broader workplace-experience approach would help smaller specialists enter larger customer conversations.
Consultants
A consultant program was described as a 2026 plan, intended to align consultants with resale partners so they could present a consistent story and bring opportunities together. It should not be mistaken for an already-established program based on the interview.

- Multi-Device Wireless Mouse: Move cursor, text, and files across multiple computers with Logitech FLOW; easily switch between up to 3 computers or laptops with the touch of a button
Distributors and local specialists
Ferreira described Logitech’s distribution model as two-tier and 100 percent channel. Distributors help smaller and local niche partners with enablement, post-sale support and service-renewal engagement, while helping maintain consistent capability across markets. Logitech’s June 22, 2026, FY26 awards post named NTT DATA Global Partner of the Year, Ingram Micro North American Distributor of the Year, SHI US NSP Partner of the Year and AVI-SPL Specialist Partner of the Year. The post said Logitech’s FY27 focus spans personal work solutions, team workspace experiences, managed services and workplace intelligence. Logitech’s FY26 partner-awards update
Where Rally Bar Huddle fits
Ferreira cited Logitech Rally Bar Huddle in a prospective Ingram Micro Finance as-a-service offer: a curated “room in the box” with microphone pods and service included in a monthly fee. She said the financing service already existed, but the Logitech-curated bundle was to be added with “gen two.” The example is therefore a planned bundle, not confirmation that a generally available package is on sale.
E-commerce and priority customer segments
Ferreira said customers buying only a piece of hardware might transact through Amazon or another e-commerce platform. Logitech was also working with traditional partners on digital capabilities and considering marketplaces it viewed as relevant. Its stated aim was consistent product messaging and a way for each partner to earn by participating; the interview does not establish a particular product listing or affiliate program.

Government, healthcare and education were identified as Logitech priority verticals. The company had added a North American vertical channel manager to provide subject expertise, use cases and curated solutions. Although vertical specializations were under discussion, Ferreira said they had not been launched at the time of the interview.
Quick Recap
What partners should take from the strategy
- Partner Connect combines investment-based tracks with specializations tied to expertise, product focus and customer support.
- The launched MSP services specialization supports co-delivery and white-labeling for video services, not peripherals.
- Personal-workspace and pro AV specializations, consultant resources and deeper GSI engagement were plans as of October 9, 2026, not confirmed completed launches.
- Logitech’s profitability argument depends on partners expanding into services and broader customer engagements; no verified margin outcome or earnings guarantee was provided.
