Which Jitterbug model should you look for?
Look for the Jitterbug Smart5, the current smartphone shown in Lively’s catalog. Lively’s Smart4 product page says that model is no longer available and directs shoppers to the Smart5. If you find a Smart4 listing elsewhere, check that the seller has stock and clarify its service and return terms before buying.
What to check before placing an order
Service and activation
Lively says Smart5 buyers select a service plan during activation after purchasing the phone. Review the Smart5’s current service terms and plan choices before ordering. The Smart4 page says that model requires Lively service and cannot be used with other carriers, but that older model’s terms do not establish the Smart5’s carrier restrictions. For questions about the current device or activation, contact Lively at 1-800-733-6632; its contact page lists support hours.

Compare the phone price with the service charge and any applicable taxes or fees. The Smart4 page lists Smart Phone & SIM plans at $19.99, $39.99, and $49.99 per month, plus taxes and fees. Those are figures on the Smart4 page, not confirmed current Smart5 plan prices; check the Smart5 activation or checkout flow for current charges.

Best Buy lists a Smart5 glass screen protector and hard-shell cases. Confirm that any accessory is explicitly compatible with the Jitterbug Smart5 before adding it to your order.
