My Hajj instalment payment is missing: who should I contact?
Start with the booking route, not the payment card or bank. Check your booking confirmation, receipt, or account to identify the platform, authorized provider, or national Hajj organizer that accepted the payment. That organization is the one positioned to check whether the money was received and credited to your booking. A transaction record from your bank or payment provider shows activity on that payment method; by itself, it does not prove the Hajj booking was credited.

Nusuk Hajj is a Ministry of Hajj and Umrah overseen platform for applicants in countries it serves through its Direct Hajj Program; it is not a universal Hajj payment system. Its eligible-country list is specific to each season. For the 1447H / 2026G season, check the official Nusuk Hajj site and its current country information before following Nusuk-specific instructions. If you booked through another organizer, use that organizer’s official support route instead.

A missing account entry could reflect a delay in updating the booking, a failed transaction, or a payment that was not matched to the correct account or package. The official Nusuk sources reviewed do not define what a pending status means or publish a general time for an instalment to appear. A charge or authorization in your payment record does not, on its own, settle which of those situations applies. Ask the organization that handled the booking to trace the transaction.
What to do if your instalment has not appeared
- Confirm the booking channel. Find the platform or organizer on your confirmation, receipt, or account. Use Nusuk support only for a Nusuk booking; otherwise contact your own organizer through its official channels.
- Check both records. Review the booking account or wallet and the payment method’s transaction history. Note whether the payment appears as completed, pending, reversed, or otherwise described by the provider; do not treat those labels as proof that the organizer credited the instalment.
- Gather the details needed to trace it. Have the payment date and time, amount and currency, transaction or reference ID, payment method, account email, and package or booking reference ready. Save a receipt or screenshot, but obscure full card or account numbers and other sensitive details before sharing it.
- Contact official support and ask for a trace. Ask whether the payment reached the platform or organizer, whether it was applied to the right account and package, whether you need to take any action, and whether the instalment is still due. Request written confirmation or a case number.
- Wait for written direction before paying again. The official information cited here does not give a universal instruction to retry a missing instalment. Get confirmation from the booking organization before sending another payment, which helps reduce the risk of paying twice.
How to contact Nusuk about a Nusuk booking
Nusuk lists live chat, a support email, a ticket form, and a call center at +966 9200 31201. Its official FAQ describes the call center as available 24/7, live chat as available all week with an immediate response, and email as available all week with a stated response time within 24 hours. These are descriptions of channel availability and response, not a promise that an individual payment case will be resolved within those periods. Email or the ticket form can provide a written trail; use the channel that best suits your need to document the inquiry.
Does Nusuk’s refund timeline apply to a missing instalment?
No. Nusuk’s terms say an approved card refund is returned to the same Visa or Mastercard, and that the refund request process may take up to 45 working days from the request date. This is a refund timeline, not a measure of how long an instalment takes to post. Nusuk’s terms also describe credit card and platform e-wallet payments; those payment options and refund terms apply to Nusuk, not automatically to other Hajj booking routes. Protect your account while resolving the issue
Share payment evidence only through the platform or organizer’s verified contact route. Do not give confidential account or payment information to an unverified contact. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, contact the platform’s technical support immediately using its official channels.
